SpringHill Suites飯店-新奧爾良/卡納爾街(SpringHill Suites New Orleans Downtown/Canal Street)

Best experience at a hotel l ever had . Rooms were super clean and tidy. We had a nice view of canal street. I fell in love with the rooftop. It was absolutely beautiful, I stayed hanging on the rooftop more than I was in my room. The staff were friendly, very helpful and funny lol. Will definitely be booking with them again...

We were pleased with the modern appeal of our room. Great amount of space for my family, A/C was central, not window unit. Television/streaming was a great feature! Great location in the French Quarter where we walked to everything that we needed. We used the parking lot directly across the side street from the hotel for $20 for 24 hours. They do offer valet and another option for parking. However, we got there before our check-in time and wanted to get moving around, we went ahead and parked there. I wish there was an earlier check-in time. It was 4-6 pm.

Teniamos reservada una habitación para 5, con lo qual havia que abrir el sofà cama. Cual fue nuestra sorpresa al comprovar que podia escriure en rotulador BROKEN. Evidentemente estaba roto y al reclamar que lo sustituyeran, nos hicieeon cambiar de suite.

It's definitely a quiet loaciton as it is at the end of the Canal St. (the *****). It's right off the highway but that's not an issue. There is self parking or valet parking (which is double the price). About 20 min walk or 5 min drive from bourbon and the downtown area. Only thing I'd recommend is to not walk after hours, it could be sketch. Don't expect high end but definitely above average experience overall with the service, location & and hotel experience.

I’m at Titanium member with Marriott Bonvoy and have stayed in many marriotts and locations. Here, The staff minus one incident with the rooftop bartender on Saturday evening was very cordial and welcoming . The gentleman behind the front desk were also, very helpful. Mike, was an AMAZING bartender. Disappointed that it’s a fully cashless hotel and that there was no pool. I would stay here again Jist maybe with a higher level floor. The rooms were beautiful and the service staff/housekeeping were wonderful.

Loved the staff!! From the valet parking attendants to the entire hotel staff. So friendly and helpful. The property is in a little rundown end of town but they make sure the doors are locked and monitored . So you feel very safe there. The hotel parking was the only thing I did not like. You have to pay 20.00 a night additional for parking no matter how long or short your visit is. For one nighters I feel this is ok. But for longer stays I feel the hotel should give free parking. Love the views from the roof top patio!!

Springhill at the Canal Street location was economic, walking distance to restaurants and some areas of cultural interest. Hotel could do with some renovations uplift.. Staff was pleasant, breakfast was good and staff was on task with keeping food on hand. Will recommend if you want to be away from the traffic of people.

Today was the worst. I arrived at Springhill suites on June 20th and was advised by the hotel valet not to park my car at the hotel. The valet stated that the parking is uncovered and he does have any physical security. However, it is not advisable to park my vehicle due to stolen vehicle, break-ins and other mishaps. The valet recommended another parking lot in which his friend was located. He contacted the friend at the other parking lot, which was 2 miles away from the hotel for an additional $100 per night. Instead of following his advice that seemed skewed. What the valet attendent didn't know was that I was a New Orleans native and had family in the city where I could park safely. I strongly encourage anyone that choose to book at this hotel to use Uber, Lyft or another ride share. Do not drive a personal vehicle. It was an extremely uncomfortable experience.

Some of the staff was friendly. Some were rude. The room was dirty. It smelled like animals. I will not stay there again and do not recommend it. I do appreciate the valet parking staff! They were amazing!
