法國區地標貝斯特韋斯特優質飯店(Best Western Plus French Quarter Courtyard Hotel)

Hotel confortável embora os quartos sejam pequenos, especialmente se viajando com malas e crianças. Mas de uma forma geral o hotel é muito bom. Café da manhã ponto forte! A localização é ótima se vc pretende explorar a cidade andando ou por meio de rideshare ou transp público. Tb conveniente para explorar clubes de jazz da Bourbon, pq fica a menos de 5 min andando. Vale ressaltar que o local à noite merece atenção pois fica distante da canal st, zona mais movimentada. Então se vc não se importar em andar à noite por locais pouco movimentados, pode ficar. Não ficamos com medo mas também não ficamos completamente confortáveis. Então se quer local mais movimentado, fique no French Quarter mais perto da região da Canal St.

El hotel esta super sucio en el cuarto había cucarachas, nos dio mucho asco por lo que preferimos no tomar el desayuno, nos cambiaron de habitación y realmente no se vio que les importara mucho la situación, es un hotel viejo y la zona no es bonita ni me parece segura.

Todo estuvo excelente, por fuera, la habitación, los desayunos riquísimos, Darlene la recepcionista fue de lo más amable con nosotros, siempre nos ayudaba con las dudas que teniamos, el personal muy sonriente y amable, definitivamente volveria a este hotel

The hotel was average. Rooms were moderately clean, outdated. The elevator rarely worked. Conveniently located near the French quarter. On our 3rd night there was a roach on our nightstand. We called down to the front desk and informed the associate and requested a refund for the night, to which she refused. I asked if there was anything they could offer in this type of situation because I did not feel comfortable staying the rest of the night there. I was told I could speak to a manager in the morning. I immediately booked us a room at the Hyatt in downtown New Orleans. When I went downstairs to check out, I was offered a room by a different associate but seeing as I already booked the hotel room and my Uber was on the way, I told her that it was too late and that I would be calling to speak to the manager in the morning. 10 am the next day I called the front desk and was asked why I wanted to speak to the manager. I informed the associate and eventually was transferred to the managers office phone. No answer. I called again & was unsuccessful so I left a voicemail. An hour later I had to physically come to the hotel and request to speak to the manager. As soon as I started talking about why I was there she said “oh yeah I know all about the situation, how we offered you a new room and refused it.” I explained the situation & how we were offered a room after we had already checked out and spent money on a new hotel. Thankfully she offered reimbursement for 1 night

Ok hotel, men noget anderledes end på fotos. Aircon i vores værelser larmede så meget at man ikke kunne sove, når de var tændt. Og da det var meget meget varmt var det svært at sove uden aircon. Ikke særlig miljøbevidst hotel: alt service til morgenmad og værelser er plastik og engangs. Aircon er skruet op på max i reception og spiseområde, virkelig koldt, men døre til etageadskillelse er åbne til det fri så kulden fosser ud! Det sagt, så er placering ok i kanten af french quarter og gå afstand til Street car mm

Globalement pas grand chose à redire : bon emplacement pour voir les points d’interêt à pieds où aller attraper le tramway (en gros 10 à 15 min à pieds de tout). Hôtel avec un certain charme, plutôt confortable, qui pourrait mériter un coup de rafraîchissement dans les chambres un peu sombres. Le seul point négatif pour moi : le niveau de propreté des sols (pieds noirs en marchant pieds nus dans les chambres).

I go to Orleans many times because my kid goes to LSU and I decided to try Best Western this time. I picked Best Western because it was away from Bourbon street and all the noise. I stayed at room 239 and it was horrible. The rooms in the the back of the hotel overlooks the backyard of a party unit complex. People partying and screaming until 4 am. The room AC was old and makes a rattling noise when it was turned on. It was 100 degrees and we had no choice but to leave it on.

J'ai adorée mon séjour a cette hotel, le service était impeccable le service a la clientele etait super mais la seule chose que je pourrais suggérer c'est de changer la couleur de leur uniforme c'est trop foncé pour la température (pauvre personne qui travaille dehors) le noir et le bourgogne attire la chaleur peut etre une couleur plus pale. c'est la seule chose que j'ai a dire de négatif de cette hotel

Su capacidad para tener agua caliente en las habitaciones en el edificio del fondo es mala, casi toda mi estancia tuve agua casi fría, única tuve agua realmente caliente.
