Stained towels, location near I10 but not as close to city

Es Justo. El destino es mejor de lo que esperaba, quizá la localización no sea la mejor pero no es peligroso y tener carro pra transport**** es lo más importante para no tener problemas. Destino y prqueadero gratis con un buen fitness center. La piscina no la usé

The staff are the only thing that saved our stay. The front desk employees were very sweet and helpful but we just had a lot of issues with the property. First, it took about 30 mins to check in even though we had already paid and we also were unaware of the $250 hold that would be put on our card. Then we were on our way to our room when the manager in the elevator asked what room we were going to and she said oh that one’s not ready. So she walked us to a different room and brought us a new key. That same night we came home late and that said key did not work for our room. Thankfully there was an employee in the hallway who let us is but who’s to say that was our room and we weren’t random people saying our key didn’t work so that was a little worrisome. Next, during the night it was hard to sleep as the walls are paper thin and some staff member thought vacuuming at 1 am was a brilliant idea. The beds were hard as rock, the pillows are decent but just not a great sleep overall. The cherry on top was there was hot water in the sink but we had no hot water to shower with. When we were showering at night it was too late to get maintence in so we took freezing cold showers for the two days we were there. We told the front desk about it when checking out but all she said was sorry and offered no compensation. Overall I don’t think this hotel deserves all the stars it has and I hope more people will look around for a different hotel. Also they run out breakfast before it’s done.

I did not like being informed about my reservation being moved to another location via email. This was further away from our schedule event.

The room was ok but the water wasnt hot, towels didnt look clean, checked my friend into a dirty room twice, fridge didnt work, microwave didnt work in all three rooms that were booked, charged $100 deposit at the property during check-in that we didnt know about, then to top it all off they charged our cards twice and now they acting like they dont know how to reverse charges.

The price was right and the breakfast was amazing. Staff was wonderful as well but the carpets needed to be vacuumed behind the bedside table.

Beds were super comfortable. Bathroom was not clean, fridge was not working, and we never had anyone come with clean towels, etc. Uber driver said this part of town was not very safe and we had no idea. The bar advertised is not up and running, it was empty and that was a bummer.

Had a good time staying here. Staff was supportive 24/7, breakfast was great, and the beds were comfortable. Only thing I could mention was the water took a while to heat up in the shower, but once it was hot it stayed hot!
