這是該度假屋的第一次住宿。 2間帶陽台的卧室位置優越。小車就在馬路對麪，下車就是在公共汽車站下車。步行一個街區即可到達 法國人街以及一些美食和音樂體驗，或者到法國市場，甚至還有更多餐飲選擇！ 當手推車系統恢復運行時，將以最低的成本提供更多選擇。 房間很古樸，很有個性。許多具有歷史意義的回收木材和傢具。小廚房很小，但是您真的不會在這裏做飯（您在NOLA！） 每間卧室均配有一張雙人床和一張沙發床。這對於4個人來說將是狹窄的，較小的床可以為超大尺寸的人提供舒適的睡眠。 我喜歡花園中庭區和這個酒店的歷史氛圍！
