舊港飯店(The Inn at Old Harbor)

Excellent service from the owner. He immediately greeted us and got us settled in. We had been on the last ferry before the hurricane was to hit and we were frazzled to say the least. But once we walked in to the Kai Kai shop all our worries melted away and we were in island mode. The room was clean and the view was spectacular!! Great place for a great price!

Staff is very accommodating. Perfect location in the middle of town. Walking distance to beaches, restaurants, shops, Churches, grocery store, etc. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Some have private balconies. If not, the public balcony in the front and back of hotel have beautiful views and are relaxing to hangout on. You can see the sunrise from laying in bed! 3rd year in a row staying here, will be coming back!

My girlfriend and I love staying here. The rooms are simple and clean with old world charm. The location is very convenient also ... a few steps from the ferry. Kai and his dad Conrad are super nice people and we love talking with them. Hope to be back soon!

The Inn is a piece of heaven! It’s early American decor combined with warm and friendly staff make it my favorite getaway!Located on Old Harbor one never tires of watching the ferries arrive and depart. The Inn is accessible to a delightful array of restaurants right around the corner. Mopeds and bikes readily available for the adventuresome. Trips to the two lighthouses are a must.

Great price, great location, great staff, clean room and bathroom. The room we were in had no AC, but the fan worked extremely well. We didn’t have any issues at all. Will come again next year for sure!

We’ve been staying at the IOH for the past few years and have always had a wonderful experience! It has that perfect Block Island charm and the location can’t be beat! This year we stayed in room 1 which has a private bathroom, a view of Water St and a window air conditioner (not that it’s typically needed there). Before and during our stay, I had a lot of phone and email communication with Simone and then Gabrielle. Both were extremely pleasant and wonderful to deal with! The desk staff was very accommodating— we were there the night of the Harborside fire and had friends that ended up having to sleep with us (they provided extra blankets at 2am) and were able to give us 2 more rooms for the following night when the ferries weren’t running without price gouging. We love our annual august visit to BI and staying at the IOH makes it even better!

We booked a night and loved the proximity to everything. The communication via email was very helpful. We stayed in room one with a private bath and were very happily surprised to have an air conditioner as it stated there was no air conditioning. Honestly the windows had nice air flow and it was a warm day. Also, I recommend taking advantage of the front deck. It was a beautiful spot in th evening to have a glass of wine and watch the Port amd ferries. I would highly recommend The Inn at Old Harbor.

The inn was a great part of summer vacation and made the whole time spent very pleasant. We had wonderful views of the ferries in the harbor and enjoyed watching ferry and pedestrian traffic. The location is very close to Ballards so that made it very convenient. Staff was friendly and helped us enjoy the stay on the island!

The location was excellent! Right off the ferry. The room is small and the bathroom could be updated but it’s an old beautiful house. The balconies were great! The bed was extremely hard that gave us backaches. There were only 3 pillows for the two of us. One pillow didn’t even have a pillowcase on.
