Check in was a nightmare. Check in time is listed as 4:00PM. I arrived a little early and a room was available, which is completely understandable. I was however told that a room wouldn't be available until 4:30. That is nit acceptable. I was told I would get a text when it was ready. After 430 I went to check on my room. I had to wait while they checked on ready rooms. I finally got to my room just before 5:00PM. The staff was courteous and they was a lot of activity, but this is no excuse for this type of delay. If I had been there for business, I could have been late for a meeting or event. The staff gave me a complimentary drink and breakfast, which was appreciated, but that did not cover my lost time. A hotel with this history should be better.

Unfortunately I was not able to checkin because their computers were down. Waited and hour or so then went to another hotel. They said they would not charge me for the night.

For the price i paid i expected a lot more for my money. I will not change my review. it's my honest opinion. The bedspread was not changed from previous guess. The carpet wasn't vacuumed.
