Due to miscommunication with the front desk staff, I was not able to extend my stay as previously discussed. I had to check out after one night and find another hotel to stay in. This was quite rough since I just got off a 14 hour flight.

I like the location and the lobby was decorated beautiful our room was comfortable. I didnt like our tv only worked on the first night. They stated there was an issue with the tvs. Meanwhile the 3 tvs in the lobby worked fine. I was travelling with 2 children as well. I didnt like they held $60 even though I paid in full and ******* told me they would'nt hold any additional money. Im still waiting for it to be released. It's been over 10 days already.

Check In time at 3 is a little late in my opinion especially when check out is at 12. Not saying that they will have every single room ready at 12 but some rooms should be open before then. Wasn’t aware of the $40 incidentals fee until check in. Other than that I enjoyed my stay , breakfast was great, staff was great. Will book again soon.

THERE WAS A CEILING LERAK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, 2 AM. KEPT US UP AND NEEDED TO CLEAN UP FOR A 1.5 HRS.

Property is clean and staff is friendly. However staff couldn’t keep up with breakfast items due to housing residents of a burned apartment building. Also, mattress on the pullout sofa was useless. Had to make a bed out of the cushions.

Staff was not intigent , like you were bothering them , tryed to charge for 2 days when wasnt at hotel for 9 hrs total , bar food absolutely horrible manager of hotel doesnt work with customers find way to stick it too them
