紐約時代廣場南伊凡飯店(Even Hotel New York - Times Square South, an IHG Hotel)

The room was great— better than expected. The room was clean, comfortable and even had cool exercise equipment. Perfect for a quick stay. Only thing I’d say the hotel needs is a grab and go type of food/drink option. They do have free ginger line water however, which was a treat.

Good location, clean hotel. Fitness equipment in each room. Decent room size in NYC standard. Will stay there again.

Nice location with helpful staff makes the journey a good one

This hotel is absolutely wonderful! It’s in the perfect location-right next to Penn station and Amtrak, which makes it super easy to travel to by train by Amtrak or by LIRR or NJ Transit. It is super close and quick to travel to Newark and JFK airports. As soon as you enter you are greeted by super friendly and helpful staff who do out of their way to assist you. The lobby is very clean and modern. The two elevators are really fast and have no wait and it was a quick ride to my room that was on a high floor. The bed is really comfortable, the room is clean and modern and is big enough to move around. The tv has a broad variety of channels and there’s even work out channels and equipment in the room that didn’t take away from any personal space that you may need. There is also security features in place where after 9pm you need your room key to swipe into the hotel from the outside and there is someone at the front desk 24 hours a day 7 days a week in immediate view of the front door and right next to the front door so if you arrive late they can let you in. You also need your room key to use the elevator to go to your floor. Whenever I’m in town I make it a point to stay at this hotel. It’s my second visit to the city and second time visiting this hotel. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.

I was surprised by an additional fee imposed by the hotel at check-in. I was told that this was added because I used ******* to book the room. Given the lack of transparency around fees, I am unlikely to use Epedia or IHG properties in the future.

Fantastic experience! It was my first time spending the night in NYC after living in NY state my whole life. Finally got to be a tourist! The service was excellent. Was able to check into my room 4 hours early and was able to leave my luggage stored at the hotel after check out. The game room was very fun. Super close to so much fun yet still so quiet!

The room was clean but cramped. The set up of the room is awkward. There are weird exercise objects where there should be drawers. The other drawers are behind a bathroom door which slides in front of it. The lighting in the room is strange and hard to figure out. I was very uncomfortable the whole time. Outside the hotel is disturbing. A homeless man held the door for us as we exited the hotel. The street is filled with trash. A homeless man walked into the hotel and sat on the floor lobby while we were checking out.
