曼哈頓中城西區舒適飯店旅店(Comfort Inn Manhattan - Midtown West)

Check in was quick. We were on the first floor and it was so loud at night -- the lobby worker had friends visiting whose voices echoed in the lobby until midnight. In the morning, the beeping of the waffle maker in the breakfast area was loud, even from the tin with the door closed. There were hairs on the bathroom and bed that were clearly not ours as they were not our hair type. The bathroom was so cramped that you cannot open the door fully because it hits the toilet. There was noise very loud in our room from what I think was hotel workers moving things. However, the price was low, the location was great, and it didn't feel unsafe. You get what you pay for, and it fulfilled our basic needs for a one night stay in the city.

The room was tiny and the bed sheets and pillows smelled like dirty hair. They could use somw bleach. I asked the front desk for an extra blanket but never received it.

Hôtel vieillissant cependant il fait le job. À 10 minutes de Times square et du métro à pied. Quartier agréable avec commerce de proximité resto… Literie au top Le point négatif a besoin d être rafraîchi au niveau des peintures et moquettes mais pour c est secondaire. Personnels agréables

So when I first arrived in the room, it was supposed to be a one bed, but there was two beds in that small space so it was hard to get around. When I was checking the room to make sure everything everything was OK. I found hair on the bed on the toilet seat and on the other bed and in the sink. Then there was a little stain on the toilet and it freaked me out so bad I couldn’t even use the bathroom. also I did not like how I was put in the seller and made me very uncomfortable that I was down there and I know it’s not the maids fault but it’s just the fact that I was downstairs when they needed to be downstairs and wash the sheets and do whatever they needed to do. It’s like I could hear everything. I just didn’t like that. but the only thing I was happy about was how nice the staff were great people. and the last thing that really got me mad was the fact that I was told it was a $100 security deposit and then when I checked my account I seen that it was $305 so I better be getting that back very soon.

Check in und Check out waren super einfach und problemlos. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Gepäck nach dem check out konnte auch erstmal noch im hotel bleiben. Die zimmer waren angenehm groß ubd sauber. Das bed und bad wurde täglich gereinigt. Das es keinen klassischen Kleiderschrank gab war kein Problem für uns. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und amerikanisch. Plätze waren begrenzt aber wir haben immer einen platz zu zweit gefunden.

Great location but don’t expect much else , staff don’t want to be there , food area is a joke and food is a joke have to stand wait for table and then your be lucky if anything is left or have to wait ages for them to put more food out . Rooms are matchboxes nowhere to open suitcases , cleanliness not great at all and no safe so didn’t let them make the room up while there as had nowhere to put valuables passports or money
