夢市中心飯店，凱悅旗下(Dream Downtown by Hyatt)

As an avid traveler with a penchant for luxury accommodations, my recent experience at the Dream Hotel left me not only disheartened but also physically ill. With a heavy heart, I feel compelled to share my review of what can only be described as an absolute disaster of a stay, an unfortunate tarnish on the reputation of the Hyatt company. Upon entering the room any illusions of a dreamlike experience were promptly shattered by the glaring hole above the door that greeted me. A hole, seemingly neglected and unrepaired, gave an immediate impression of neglect and indifference. One would expect a Hyatt-affiliated establishment to uphold a certain standard of maintenance and cleanliness, but the Dream Hotel left me questioning whether I had stumbled into a budget motel rather than a reputable hospitality venue. The floorboards, once perhaps a uniform color, now showcased a patchwork of hues that clashed in a disconcerting manner. It was as if the hotel's maintenance team had decided to channel their inner Picasso and express their creativity through a chaotic mix of paint colors. The lack of attention to detail, paint chips on doors, and large splotches in the glass walls in my roomwas not only aesthetically displeasing but also raised concerns about the overall hygiene of the premises. What was once, I assume, a meticulously curated hotel seemed to have devolved into a shadow of its former self. It felt as though the Dream Hotel had become an afterthought for Hyatt

There was no dreaming during our stay at Dream Downtown, despite the name. Our room was shaken by the bass thrum of the nightclub several floors above us. When contacted, the staff said it was out of their control. It was extremely disappointing for the price. Also the entrance is poorly marked at street level.

I won’t be staying here again. Staff was lovely and helpful but facility is not in a great shape. The room I booked was right under a nightclub (not advertised and not ideal when staying with a child)- so they moved me to the second floor but when I entered the room there was a rotting sewer smell and a cockroach ran across one of the beds- they changed me to the 6th floor which was decent (no bugs or bad smell) but the rug and wall were stained and the window coverings were torn. Do not recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed the proximity to the C line. Service was grumpy and confusing to understand. Room had dirty carpet, bed springs digging in my back prevented me from staying asleep and the two of more night clubs were obnoxious all night. Too many drunk people in and around the lobby.

Hotel tem uma estrutura fantastica mas precisa de mais atencao e cuidado aos detalhes para fazer jus a um hotel 5 estrelas. A equipe é amadora e nada simpatica.

The Dream Downtown has stepped up their game when it comes to hospitality. I believe this is because the Hyatt now owns it. My room was kept clean and had a great view on the 11th floor. I booked a King size with city view. The lobby area has a chill area where you can lounge, along with a funky art gallery. The downside, the higher the floor, the louder you hear the music from the rooftop club/bar, so make sure you ask about that upon check-in.
