대체적으로 무난한 호텔입니다! 하필 우리가 묵을 때 많은 사람이 묵어서 조식은 부족했고 호텔 청소도 급하게 한 거 같은 티가 났어요! 시설은 좋았습니다.

James up front very helpful. Breakfast lady overwhelmed and sour.

I love the modern look and the room was spacious and clean

no heat - considering it’s December in new york my room should never read 62 degrees . it took 3 visits to my room for them to finally get us some heat . it seemed they have the ability to get room warmer but don’t to save money .

Hotel confortável, bom café da manhã, cidade tranquila e acesso ao trem pra NY a 10 min de caminhada. Única observação: o serviço de transporte do hotel até a estação de trem poderia funcionar ao fim de semana também.

This was the very first time in all of my travels that a hotel room did not have a closet or a space to accommodate any clothing needing hanging. The room was cold and the temperature could not be adjusted. The people were very nice but I would recommend that you stay elsewhere.

We stayed a week starting Sunday night to sat morning. when we arrived we didn’t get the room we reserved. We were supposed to get a king suite with a tub and we got 2 queen beds with a shower. We had to wait until Thursday to get any housekeeping to our room. Our garbage piled up and had to go 3 days without clean towels. The hotel didn’t have any wash cloths and when we asked for housekeeping they told us they didn’t feel like adding it to their list today Staff was rude and then they tried to charge us they current rates of the room on those days instead of the rates we got when we reserved the room a month in advance. This was horrible service for the amount we paid to stay for a week. Also they cleaned up the breakfast an hr before posted time and wouldn’t refill anything. I will never stay here again!

A nice building, but some major negatives on our stay. We immediately noticed a smell of cigarette smoke hanging in the air the first time we got off the elevator on the 4th floor. It stayed the whole time we were there - 2 nights - and the worst part was that it seeped into our room periodically through the vents. We mentioned it to the desk after the first night, and they said they would deal with it, but it never stopped. If you don't smoke, you know how that is. On top of that, on our 2nd night there was a really loud group of guys down the hall from us. They were literally yelling and whooping like they were watching a game or something with the door open at 1:00 am. After a little bit I finally called the desk and asked them to take care of the situation. The night guy said he'd be right up. The sound stopped for about 10 minutes, and then cranked right back up to full tilt again until about 2:30 am. Needless to say, I was not happy. The hotel management has signs posted around saying "If you can't rate us a 9 or 10 on service, please let us know so we can make it right." So, I tried one more time when we checked out. I told the lady at the desk about the terrible noise the night before that kept us awake. Her response? "Thank you for notifying us." We will not be staying here again.
