Everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and huge. We really enjoyed the included breakfast. It was abundant and easily accessible. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was great and spacious. but the location is not that close to the airport.

When our trip had to be posponed due to an unexpected medical problem, I called to request a change in date, not a refund. I was denied. The airline, resort, and even the parking were all understanding and quickly changed dates or refunded our money. Comfort Inn held fast and would not do anything to help us. Needless to say, we will NOT be staying at the Comfort Inn in the future.

At 130am a fire alarm went off and I thought it was for the entire hotel. However when I left the room to see what was going on a woman walked out of the room next to mine saying her male companion set off the alarm in his room by vaping. The alarm stayed on for at least 30-45 minutes and I wasn’t able to sleep through it. It was one of the worst experience of my life. When I went to front desk to complain, I was told the general manager Kareem was in a managers meeting. I left my name and number with the front desk person. I then called an hour later and was told he was still in the meeting so I left my name and number again. I still haven’t heard from the manager. I was in room 927 and the room next to me was 926. I would like to be reimbursed for this stay. Please email me back. Thanks!

It was a very terrible experience, why was the parking charge hidden on the advert, paid a ridiculous $20 plus tax for parking, i could have added that amount to stay at an hotel where there’s free parking closer to Newark liberty airport. Secondly I was overcharged until I went to complain. Food was terrible and dry. Overall my advice, pay a little more to stay in a much better organised hotel. Packing staff and attendant were hostile and rude

We came to the 9th floor to have a light snack and to watch the 49ers and Lions football game at the bar and we were so happy that we did. The Bartender Kamaar and the Curlinary Chef Tameka treated us like we were at A FIVE STAR bar and lounge location. They were friendly, attentive and extremely thorough when it came to giving us stellar customer service. I welcome the opportunity to see them again when we return in a couple of weeks. Make sure to keep them on staff!!!
