Other than our hard rocking partying neighbors, it was a nice stay. I love the SpringHill Suites and any chance I can to choose, I do and will. The beds are great, the bathroom and closet are spacious and you have all the quick amenities you need.

We had a great stay at the Springhill Suites. We were visiting our daughters who are students at the University of Delaware. The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. My only complaints are that I wish the room had a mini-fridge to store items that need to be chilled. Additionally, the entering and exiting the hotel parking lot is a bit awkward and dangerous at times.

Nice property, nice location, nice breakfast .. pool closed though and they don’t ever tell you that when your booking.. post something on the website…very disappointing for the kids when you choose a place for specific amenities

Booked this hotel because of the location and inside POOL....well the pool has been down for months???? okay well there was water in the pool and if the pool didn't work that water would have been GREEN! I mentioned this and they said it is on our website that it is closed...well the only place it is mentioned is if you click on amenities...then the pool itself!!!!! one of my guests has a back issue and has to get in a pool for relief, the did not care and did not offer a discount or refund!!!! The Staff is very nice and only doing their job but this is very sneaky on corporate side!!!

We stayed at Springhill Suites because our car broke down on the way from DC to Cape Cod. It could not have srevd us better. The hotel as clean and comfortable and the staff were great!
