Sutton套房飯店(Sutton Suites Hotel)

該建築又舊又吵。工作人員的服務很混亂。接機服務需要 30 分鐘以上。特別是如果你給小費，你得到的太多了 確保你有一些零錢

前台工作人員不在前台，兩次我們需要幫助時都花了很長時間才出現。我們的新酒店鑰匙/卡無法使用。房間很髒。床非常不舒服。電視不在床前（不可能——那裡有一面阻礙性的、隨意的牆），而是奇怪地放在一個角落。各方面都不方便的飯店。而且該地區不安全。

這裡的工作人員非常友善和樂於助人！這家飯店比較舊，可以接受一些更新，但很多飯店都是這樣。整體住宿體驗很好，我絕對會再住在這裡。

I was never picked up at SeaTac for my stay at this hotel!!! On my first call someone answered and said they would pick me up; after waiting almost an hour at night in the cold, I finally called a different hotel!!! They picked me up within 10 min. I will not pay for a stay I didn't get!!!

The rooms were clean but the wifi wouldn't connect with our devices. One of the bathrooms had mildew and cracked paint on the ceiling over the tub. The breakfast offerings were very meager and did not include any kind of fruit or juice, just carbs.

Property was clean enough had to pack all your luggage! Up a flight of stairs no help . In the middle of the night at 10 PM the door was burst open broke the safety chain, and the man entered our room. I took the chain down to the clerk and he said he gave the wrong key. It was some kind of mess up then at 8:30 in the morning the maid Burstyn unlock the door and came in while we were still in bed. I was not very pleased with my visit to this particular motel and will never stay there again. Sincerely, jerry moore.

It was an over-night stay at the hotel for us. Rooms were basic and breakfast very basic - with hard-boiled eggs & cereal only.

房間很舊但是很乾淨。工作人員非常友好和樂於助人。很失望沒有室內咖啡/茶服務。房間裡沒有紙巾。

前台服務員很棒！非常友好和樂於助人...
