房間小、電視小、設備有點兒舊，只有一樓的大廳還行。

中央駅やコーチステーションから少し歩きます。
バーやカフェが集まる賑やかな所に位置していますが、部屋の中は静かで清潔です。
難点だったのは、シャワーのお湯が出なかったこと。40℃以上にレバーを回すことができず、かと言ってそれが40℃のお湯ではなくとてもぬるくて時々水にもなり、かつちょろちょろとしか出なかったので、真冬の時期に辛かったです。

We had a great experience here. We extended our stay. The facility is much nicer than anticipated, staff was very helpful, and it’s location is perfect.
The cost per night is also great, if you’re going to Newcastle this is a great choice!!

Service was great. However, the room was not good. Although the bathroom and bed were clean the carpet was filthy. There was what looked like part of a chip next to the bathroom door hinge. We have a shark Hoover at home and I could’ve filled a cylinder with dust and dirt from the carpet. The room itself was on the 4th floor and was incredibly hot. It rained all weekend so it wasn’t due to the temperature. The staff gave me a fan which helped a bit but I had two pretty broken nights sleep. The air circulation system installed in the room only moved warm air around so was pointless. The plus is it was £50 a night cheaper than anywhere else, the rooms were quiet and the hotel bar is decent.

Lovely stay. The only negative for us is that lighting is too low. I like calm & relaxing atmosphere but, probably because it was cloudy & raining during our stay, it felt a bit gloomy even though all areas are beautiful.
