大西洋海灘飯店及套房(Atlantic Beach Hotel Newport)

We were very disappointed in our room. The conditions were NOT up to being a 3.5 star hotel. Our airport hotel in San Jose was better than this one and I don't believe they get 8 out of 10 in their reviews either. Such a let down for traveling to the other side of the country but I get they knew they had their $$$ with us staying for 7 nights. O would recommend this hotel to anyone and we still expect compensation for the room we had. Oh and I took pictures to prove the holes and the paint coming off

We stayed in the suites building of the hotel and it was awful! While the rooms were large, the beds an awful sound with even the move of an arm, the room above us was extremely noisy and when we asked for a different room the staff was the least helpful in asking then to keep their noise down or offering us a different room. The house keeping staff parked their carts outside of our door at 7AM and had full blown conversations and laughing at the top of their lungs outside of our door and despite the “do not disturb” sign being outside on the door (which should be telling that their are guests in that room) they carried on. Parking is very limited and very tight. We drove an SUV down and it was hard to turn the corner to try to get into spots with pillars in the way. We also had a room that unfortunately faced Rusty’s bar and you can clearly hear the music and people chattering into our room. Not ideal when you need to sleep.

This place was a huge disappoin**ent. Do not waste your money. It’s disgusting, they gave me dirty pillows, there was rust and dust on the walls, crappy outdated furniture in my sweet. The only good thing about this place is the location and the friendly staff. Other than that, do not stay here. I would’ve preferred to stay at motel 6 over this dump.

Broken window didn’t open blinds broken exposed wires and 2 outlets hanging out of walls

Direkt am Meer, Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Hotel und zu Fuß bis Newport eine halbe Stunde. Es war ein Super Urlaub

When you have a bedroom view of people sitting on a keg getting drunk, and the pictures lied, dirty, dank, it’s very disappointing

The area beautiful but the room too simple for the price. Bad smell in the room. The view is nice but the room is terrible.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. It took over 5 mins. Until someone came.
