OYO紐波特波浪飯店-紐約海灘(OYO Waves Hotel Newport or - Nye Beach)

Inexpensive hotel in a stellar location with parking and an ocean view. The rooms are a bit dated and need a bit of TLC but the staff is wonderful, the view can’t be beat and our room was clean and comfortable. Overall this is a really good value within an easy walk to darling Nye Beach in Newport.

Office manager didn’t know what building our room was in and it was pouring rain, we ended up running around in the rain looking for it. Soaked! There was no hot water in our room, and only decaf coffee. The parking is limited parking.

This place was great. It was easy to check in. The room was clean. The staff was helpful. The property isn't the most updated, but for the price you pay the experience was fantastic. If you are a person who nit picks everything you may want to look elsewhere, but if you just need a clean place to sleep and hang your hat this place is it. What we paid for 2 days was what the places nearby charge per night. Will definately stay again whenever we travel to Newport!

Easy check in, decent breakfast. There were exposed nails on the bedside tables where a drawer had been ripped off. Weird, mismatched light bulbs which felt uncomfortable. Comfortable enough for one night

Clean, affordable and conveniently located (near Nye Beach and main *****). Service was friendly. Rooms had cable and Netflix access. No issues. We recommend.

Got it for a great price! Not very many options for breakfast but thats expected with the price. Id definitely recommend this place on a budget

Beaches and Restaurants are in walkng distance. Building maybe old, hear outside noises, from next doors or from upstairs. Staff are super friendly and very helpful.

Newly renovated since the last time we stayed there. There was an issue with dogs barking all around us. Notified the front desk and the issue was resolved. Noticed that the bath tub drain was not cleaned properly. Left a message for the cleaning lady. There needs to be more lights in the room, only one light in the corner by the bed for the whole room. This was not effective for reading in the other parts of the room. The bed was a bid hard for my comfort. Could use some new pillows also.

I liked the price, but we got what we paid for. The light was hanging from its wires and really too low to the ground (it's a pendant light) and the tub looked like it had burn marks on it. We got 2 conditioners instead of one of each, but we had our own anyway.
