彭迪爾飯店(Pentire Hotel)

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The location is super good. It’s definitely the best place to stay if you want to see sunset at Pentire headland.

Good hotel. Personally I think it’s a little too expensive for what they offer. It’s an old hotel and you can definitely feel that. However, some people like that stuff. Staff were friendly and welcoming which after a long journey is the most important. The room was clean and mostly well equipped to support your stay. Shame we got the road view instead of the beach view.

My second stay at the Pentire Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the same high standards. This dog friendly hotel is the perfect base for short or long stays. An excellent, traditional hotel with some superb views. Highly recommended.

The photos on the website portrayed a beautiful room, alas this was not the case. The bedroom (304) is in need of renovation, the paintwork is not great, rusty radiators, very cold and noisy all night (something on the roof)? The shower room was tiny and also in need of renovation with mould in places, loose wall tiles. On the positive, the staff were accommodating and the breakfast was very pleasant.

Hotel has a good location and staff were friendly. That’s it. Everything else not good. Hotel in need of an upgrade. Cleanliness not good. Staff not wearing face masks in public areas which is stated on the website. Bathroom tiny, pathetic shower and extractor fan poor making the bathroom constantly smell damp. Breakfast service poor as staff shortages. Quality of cooked breakfast poor. Evening meal in Sixty Bistro was ok. Nothing COVID safe apart from the lift not being used. Bar staff touching their face and then continuing to serve without washing their hands. Would not stay again or recommend.

Booked one of the basic single rooms so wasn’t really exposed to how nice this place could be. Otherwise great and did the job 👍

Booked a single room for my stay and was very surprised to receive an upgrade so thank you very much. The staff are amazing and so friendly, also a special thanks to Sue for being so helpful with everything and making my trip run so smoothly. All in all a lovely stay so a massive thank you.

Good breakfast, pool was nice, communal areas well maintained but room could do with a facelift.
