布法羅機場舒適套房飯店(Comfort Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport)

Estar a 5 minutos de un aeropuerto tanto para la llegada y la salida, eso facilita la vida para quienes vacacionan o estan en actividades de negocios. Tranquilidad y limpienza. El servicio excelente.

Very clean, quiet in the room but it is right in front of the airport so there is some plain noise but it did not disturb me at all. Restaurants around. I recommend 100%

I booked this hotel because i needed water therapy before my Drs Appointment. The pool water is not even warm. Trying to get in will cause hypothermia. The sidewalks are not even plowed or shoveled. The lobby while having Breakfast was like eating Outside minus the wind. The Breaksfast was cold before i could finish.The handicap parking is along the side of the building and the doors right near that parking are NOT ACCESSIBLE for the Handicap. The hallways smell like dirty socks. The entrance in the rear smells like skunk. Stinky and Cold

Good breakfast selection, way to much noise the rooms definitely don’t keep sound out, pool was always out of towels, had to keep asking for garbage removal toilet paper Kleenex and towels, room drawer handle was broken off , drawers were dirty and the bathroom was 4/10 for cleanliness

The room, hallway, breakfast area were clean and updated. Pool area was nice, just need towels restocked. Best part is walkways were shoveled and salted by 9 am!

Room service wasn't good compared to other comfort Inn locations. Breakfast not wow but not bad (scrambled eggs, susage, Philadelphia cheese,butter and jelly that's it) with 5 different types of 🍞

Bathroom and closet doors were not properly aligned making it difficult to close. Housekeeping was not performed daily. Refrigerator not secured in cabinet. Handicap parking located in front or by a non access door. Check in staff was outstanding. When I made the reservation I specified a first floor room or room close to the elevator due to my wife’s handicap. We were given a third floor room distant from the elevator and the curtains wouldn’t close. I checked with the front desk and was given a first floor room close to an entrance/exit and parking.
