Very disappointing new managers took over and it looks like they didn’t care for the looking after their guest at all pool was closed when we got there , no hot water Friday evening till late in the evening wasn’t told about it when we checked in only discovered when we went to go take a bath , we went to front desk and they said no it’ll be back soon hot tub been down over a long time , no hot water Saturday most of the day never got it back till 830 that evening Saturday couldn’t get in the pool on Saturday because there was over 20 kids which totally took control of it, we overheard many people complaining about it to us and I don’t know if they spoke to management or not but it was ridiculous. No apologies from management or the staff of the complex never offered no discount no nothing to us. Then both Saturday and Sunday morning fire alarm went off which was extremely loud and very annoying, looks like it was the kids fooling around again. Ice machine was broken we had to go out and buy ice the guy at front desk said he did not know about it. He was useless Looks like the new managers don’t care about the hotel at all. The staff was not helpful or friendly at all

Hotel is room we stayed in old and in need of a serious upgrade. Furniture comfortable but marred and scraped up. Should have revealed water pressure problem at registration. Was fixed in 30 minutes. Ice maker in frig not working. Toilet tank didn't always refill after use. Assigned room (111) was next to an exit door that slammed shut every time someone exited. On arrival, hallway to room was filled with laundry baskets making it difficult to access the room. Especially when using a luggage cart. Had to move two to get to the room. Heavy metal door to hallway to room difficult of open for people in their eighties using a luggage cart.

I had an average stay at this hotel. The couch in the room is filthy, but besides that, the beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious, and the lobby is well kept.

Stayed here before and frontndesk horrible. Thia time VERY friendly. Room was ok but clean. The only beef ia the last time $100 hold on cc and this time $250! Makes zero sense as to why this time more.

ordered a 2 bedroom suite through *******. They did not have a 2 bedroom suite when we checked in. Had to split up our family in 2 separate rooms. Had to get new key cards 4 different times during a 2 day stay. Torn carpets, mold near pool area. Overall not a good stay

The 2 room suite was excellent. Kids each had a bed and adults theirs. Loved the kitchen unit. Was close to visit family and close to restaurants. Convenient to Thurway.

Perfect room for our stay. We had 5 adults who wanted to stay together. Got a suite with 3 beds. excellent. Used to break a long trip. Very good breakfast as well.

Fire alarm went off we left the room went to ask at front desk if it was safe. We were told I dont have time to deal with you its my first day. We said we are going to check out now 11pm and not even a apology from management. We were told someone was cooking bacon our whole floor was smoke and terrible smell. Never again at that location

The bathroom was not cleaned properly there was a dirty face cloth on the shower railing where the curtain was it was dark dry and crusty. There was a tooth brush on the shower shelf and the toilet had skid marks in the bowl was not happy to walk into the room like that. Not acceptable considering it was $147 US for the night
