酒店位置好，出門不遠就有超市和各類餐廳、商場等，對面馬路就是大海，景色也很棒。早餐也很豐富，有很多越式特色的食物。但是設施和服務就一般，大堂略舊，服務就是標準的服務，説不上不好，比起度假酒店還是有差距。房間吵，預訂海景套房，早上被商場的鑼鼓喧天吵醒的，可能是中秋節特別熱鬧的緣故吧。有本書落在酒店了，沒有人通知，有點失望。

服務非常好 早機到 八點多就給入住了 讓疲憊的身體得到休息 不用到處遊蕩。早餐很豐盛 多到不知道吃什麼好。雙床的海景房沒有很正對海 覺得這可能中間都是大床房居多。房間很安靜很舒服 健身房很喜歡 維護很好 下次來還想住這。雨季的海沒有很藍…不過好看的海看多了這也挺好 不曬 天氣很舒服。

市區打車前往碼頭非常方便，與當地司機説送纜車的碼頭，抵達後出示護照與預訂單號辦理，大約等候時間15分鐘左右 我們選擇乘坐纜車抵達，後乘坐電瓶車（約10分鐘鍾）抵達酒店，整體流程比較順暢，房間不大 但是比較乾淨 舒適，酒店超大泳池很贊，自助早餐也很豐富，服務也很好 ，酒店旁有一家綜合餐廳，以及樂園裡麪也有很多小型餐廳價格也不貴 ，入住酒店購買樂園門票可打折，酒店韓國人比較多 ，素質也比較高，酒店私人沙灘沙質細膩，以後帶父母孩子還會選擇這家酒店的別墅

We visited Nha Trang in April ‘23, and thanks to our travel agent, he had booked us at the Melia Vinpearl Empire for 2 nights. It was the best hospitality we have experienced in a very long time. Having been a part of the industry for over a decade ourselves, it just felt amazingly refreshing and soulful to be treated so wonderfully. The white themed lobby and rooms reminiscent of a medieval yet modern Spanish era, the super clean and comfortable rooms. The brilliant view of the South China Sea from the balcony and the great food all nothing short of surreal. Special mentions to the staff at the hotel, specially Miss Iris, their Guest Experience Manager for being extremely warm, courteous and helpful and taking extra care by going out of her way to make sure we had the best time ever and also making sure my wife was well taken care of as she was unwell. Food choices being a little restrictive, Iris and the team of Chefs decided to do a special seafood preparation for us which I think was a very good gesture. They also got us free tickets to the Vinwonder land.. FOR ALL 5 OF US. it was an amazing experience. All in all, a great place to stay. If you’re in Nha Trang, you need to be at Melia. Thanks to the team for making our stay an experience to remember for a lifetime

來個芽庄入住的第一個酒店，完全超出我的預期，3、4百元的房費居然這麼好，酒店工作人員十分熱情，早餐也算豐富（對得起這個價格）。 穿過馬路就是漫長的海岸線，酒店有自己的沙灘，提供免費的遮陽棚和躺椅。 我們預定的是海景房，坐在陽台看看大海很是愜意，國慶期間，如果在海南這樣的的房間恐怕要加一個零。

One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. We stayed 6 nights. The hotel is just 5 mins walk to the beach and has an amazing (small) pool with ocean view at the rooftop. Not many sunbeds so try to get there early. We had a room with sea view and a huge, super comfortable bed (2 single beds together). Sparkling clean modern room and the breakfast was great as well. As we are vegetarian the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes, preparing something vegetarian every day just for us. We will never forget how friendly, professional and genuine the people at DTX were. From the general manager Mr. Nguyen Trong who made sure to greet every guest personally in the morning and teach us some words in Vietnamese, to Mr. Nguyen Anh Quy, the F&B Manager, who is a vegan and was so kind to organise a vegetarian breakfast for us, gave us restaurant recommendations and took amazing care of us. Another wonderful person was the lovely lady at the reception, who literally went to the train station to help us with train tickets and we cannot forget the trainee doorman from Hanoi who was always super nice and friendly greeting us every day with a smile. We never experienced hospitality like that and we travel 2 to 3 months a year all over the world. We felt like we were at home and will definitely come back when in Viet Nam again. We usually do a lot of research online before booking long stays and this is definitely the best you can find in the area. If possible we would give 6 stars!!! Thank you for everything. I have great memories at Ariyana SmartCondotel with my group of friends. We spent all our time getting around the city on the free bicycles provided by the hotel. We were able to go around the city on our own to enjoy the local food. Moreover, the staffs were very nice to us, they helped us take pictures and directed us to some special cafes in Nha Trang.

The hotel has a very good view and position in Nha Trang beach. I and my family enjoyed our wonderful weekend here. Services is excellent. I will came back here in the future. Hotel serve poolside BBQ with a beachfront view and the open atmophere. You can see the whole beautiful drone show event in Nha Trang Festival 2023. What a nice place!

Honestly we had a great short stay here at the Ibis Styles in Nha Trang. At the end of the day everything is relative and you could not ask for anything more in this price bracket. The Ibis Nha Trang provides more then you pay for. Hot showers, clean comfy sheets and bed, clean room with an awesome ocean view and as Accor members we received all the extra bits and pieces including the requested later check out. All provided with a smile and attentive service. Breakfast offerings were minimal but more then enough to do the job. The Ibis is in a great spot centrally located and a short stroll to the beach although the hotel pool area is actually awesome to be honest one of the best we have experienced which was a delightful surprise. In this price bracket I highly recommend this hotel for extended stays inNha Trang and a huge shout out to Tien Duong and Ms Drep Quoc Dat front office manager, great job guys!

我訂的是一晚，但是我的航班是凌晨的…我住了0.5晚~ 出去買東西很不方便，因為我沒有足夠的鑰匙，他們只給了我一把鑰匙，如果我把鑰匙拿出來，對飯店裡的人來說會很不方便。 如果不帶的話，就得用鑰匙才能上電梯，很不方便。 前台很髒而且不太好。 不過，房間很乾淨，地點很好，因為它位於市中心。

My wife and myself stayed here for 3 days and were very impressed with this hotel. We were welcomed at the door on arrival, and the front desk staff were very friendly and professional. We were offered an upgrade and gladly accepted. (nothing wrong with the first room) just thought the balcony spa would be a great idea. I would like to make a special mention to HA for her advice and recommendations. She has a fantastic attitude towards everyone. She helped to make our stay much more memorable. The best Hotel/Residence in Nha Trang. Located in the center of Nha Trang tourist area with an absolute fantastic seaview/seafront balcony. The hotel is well maintained, quiet, safe and the staffs are very friendly. The service is exceptional. On locations there is a seafood buffet restaurant which also serve breakfast buffet for hotel guest or resident, and a Highland coffee shop adjacent to the hotel. The infinity pool is stunning, and gym is also great. I live there for over 1 year and half and I was a returning customer from few years ago. If you want the best location, the best seaview/seafront don't hesitate to choose Citadines Bayfront, this is the ultimate place to experience Nha Trang without any doubt. 5 stars!

Very, very kind! Basically, all staffs are very kind. And, for 1 by 1 guest, they try best to make the guest feels comfortable. In my case, all service was excellent, especially, cooking class was spwcial experience. All staff in restaurant focus only on my family. And also, the staff(Mr. Huy Khanh) who is in charge of me tried best to make my family's comfortable. He always smiles and let us know useful information. 市區打車前往碼頭非常方便，與當地司機説送纜車的碼頭，抵達後出示護照與預訂單號辦理，大約等候時間15分鐘左右 我們選擇乘坐纜車抵達，後乘坐電瓶車（約10分鐘鍾）抵達酒店，整體流程比較順暢，房間不大 但是比較乾淨 舒適，酒店超大泳池很贊，自助早餐也很豐富，服務也很好 ，酒店旁有一家綜合餐廳，以及樂園裡麪也有很多小型餐廳價格也不貴 ，入住酒店購買樂園門票可打折，酒店韓國人比較多 ，素質也比較高，酒店私人沙灘沙質細膩，以後帶父母孩子還會選擇這家酒店的別墅

房間有點年頭了，但是保養的不錯。服務態度可以，早飯很好，果汁是鮮榨的。另，我們定了酒店接機，結果他們忘了…本來很生氣的，酒店説報銷打的費用。到達後又主動給我們升級了房型，還減去了一個小童的費用 還給了下島到新酒店的專車送…很有誠意😂不過酒店吃飯很貴 建議讓酒店送到碼頭附近吃。

I recently had a stay at Hon Tam resort and I'm deeply dissatisfied with my experience. There were three main issues that left me highly disappointed: 1. Firstly, the resort is located on an island, and when I tried to arrange a boat trip myself, the security staff prevented the boat from docking and interrogated me about my whereabouts and activities. They even questioned why I would use outside services when staying at the resort. Initially, I thought it was a restrictive policy, but I agreed not to proceed to follow the resort's policy. However, when I wanted to pay the boat driver, the security staff still wouldn't allow the boat to approach for payment. After that, other resort staffs came and informed me that I can go and do what I want but I had to report and register my every move, as it was a resort regulation. This made me feel like I was in a military base rather than a relaxing resort. Despite receiving an apology from the resort management about the securiy guy's behavior, I still found the experience to be extremely unpleasant, especially for my mother who is over 60 years old and felt frightened. The resort's regulations regarding guest privacy and the intrusive nature of their inquiries were unreasonable and made me feel like I was under surveillance rather than enjoying a vacation. Beside that, the security guy treated me like a criminal than a customer. 2. Secondly, while my mother was sleeping, she was disturbed by some kind of animal, possibly a snake, crawling onto her, that made her couldn't sleep any more. I understand that the resort is surrounded by nature, and encountering snakes outside is somewhat expected. However, having a snake enter a closed room is completely unacceptable from a construction perspective. This incident raised concerns about the resort's standards and safety. 3. Thirdly, I observed a lack of consistency in the resort's management. I was informed that I could charge the mud bath service to my room and settle the payment upon check-out. However, when I went to purchase the mud bath ticket without cash, the staff refused to allow me to charge it to my room. I had to return to my room to retrieve cash before I could purchase the ticket. This was a significant waste of time. It's essential for the resort to ensure consistent information and management practices to provide a convenient and reliable experience for their guests. Despite these issues, I must commend the resort for its peaceful atmosphere, natural surroundings on the island, and the enthusiasm and helpfulness of the front desk, service, and electric vehicle staff. They were adorable and provided excellent support. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I had previously visited this resort and enjoyed its tranquility and natural beauty, which is why I brought my mother for a relaxing getaway. 位置好。房間很大。美麗的海景。第一行。電梯很少，要排很長時間的隊。 6樓的泳池是免費的，很小。 40樓有游泳池，是收費的。 360度全景，俯瞰整個城市的絕佳視野。我們預訂了一間只有一張床的房間，但最後卻訂了兩張床。清潔很糟糕，你需要透過 What's 應用程式寫信給經理，他會隨時來。這次他決定根本不要來。房間裡沒有肥皂、洗髮精……有個小廚房，用具一應俱全。

酒店的裝修裝飾我都很喜歡，前台和禮賓服務都不錯，笑眯眯的。訂了普通房，但是從陽台看出去，左邊海景右邊城景。我們是兩個房間，安排了聯通房，BUT這傢伙設計得有點棘手。我們進房后就把門反鎖了，然後小朋友在朋友房間玩耍，過一會兒我們直接從朋友房間出門了。聯通房門後來又被朋友順手給關上了。。回來以後，世上最尷尬的事兒出現了。兩個門都關上了。能用房卡開的，反鎖了，另外一個門，沒有手柄沒有鎖孔。值班經理過了一會兒來看，無法，找工程部，工程部等了好一會兒沒來，於是我們琢磨着怎麼“撬門”。最後朋友用卡片從聯通門的門縫塞進去撬開了。那麼問題又來了，撬門so easy那就沒有安全感啊。。隔壁如果不是熟人多恐怖。後來我們又在牀底下撿了一串車鑰匙。😐😐😐。樓頂有游泳池和完美的日落。早餐也很不錯。韓國客人很多。當然整個芽庄都有無數的韓國客人。看了評論說隔壁有樓在施工，確實幾個月過去了，還在施工。好在噪音不大，沒影響。

My wife and I stayed at the Erica Hotel for 2 nights as part of a group of 18 on a Vietnam and Cambodia tour. Dealing with the plus points, the room was clean and well presented and the hotel was in a good location not far from shops and amenities. The downsides were that without exception the staff were miserable, not very friendly, they made no eye contact and we never received a greeting as in all the other hotels we have stayed in. In the restaurant we had to ask the restaurant staff to refill the cold milk for tea, to have hot water again for tea, to refill bread for toast, to me it would have been common sense that if you have a party of 18 English people tea and toast would have been high on the agenda to have available. I don't usually like giving bad reviews but in my opinion the Erica staff did not even make any effort.

Tough times for all hospitality in VN and globally this year. The team at the Ivy were super helpful with everything. From a quick check in to organizing a rental motorbike to booking the car to the airport. All first class. It is a new hotel and in great condition. I did not get tot use the pool, but it looks great. Room was immaculate and very functional. Highly recommended.
