尼亞加拉瀑布大道舒適套房飯店(Comfort Inn & Suites Niagara Falls Blvd USA)

這家酒店自始至終都是誠實的：舒適且佈置得體，工作人員非常友好，包含的早餐簡單但做得很好。這不是因為著名的瀑布，而是因為進入城市的主軸線，就在一個大商場旁邊。我們剛剛發現這非常有用。否則應該強調的是酒店非常新 - 因此非常乾淨且保存完好。

位置很棒，您可以乘坐 lyft 到瀑布或散步。步行時要花點時間，這是非常荒涼的地區。所以我建議採取lyft。 ！房間又大又乾淨。我們沒有吃早餐。洗手間很乾凈，即使我前一天晚上要求，也沒有客房清潔服務。強烈推薦給前往尼亞加拉瀑布的遊客。

We stayed here for a weekend. When we checked in, I asked the lady working the front desk if my card would be charged a deposit. She informed me it would not be and they just needed a card on file. The following day I see a charge from the hotel for over $280. When I asked the front desk, they said it was a charge for smoking in the room the previous night. We were out of the room all night and not there when said incident happened. Spoke with manager over the phone, was not helpful and would not listen to reason when we tried to explain when we were not in the room and had time stamped receipts to prove it. Made a plan to meet with the general manager when we checked out the following morning at 10am. The next morning comes and of course the manager is “running late” and we were informed they would call me about returning the funds to my card. Our room was right below a vent in the hallway which is where we believe the smell was coming from but the manager working when the incident happened was not smart enough to realize that. We ended up getting our deposit back after having to argue with them, but would not stay here again. Management is a mess and everything just seemed really sketchy. The room was fine but management ruined the stay, would not recommend.

There was a kids hockey league and the kids were allowed to play hockey in the halls and run wild in the halls. Kids were loud. Parents did not control the noise
