天際飯店及水上樂園(Skyline Hotel & Waterpark)

工作人員不太樂於助人！！！這個女孩總是不在她的辦公桌前……她甚至不讓我們改到前一天去水上樂園，因為第二天因為新冠病毒而關閉了……謝天謝地，經理為我們做了這件事。

水上樂園關閉了，我預訂時沒有被告知這一點。我和我的侄子已經期待這一天好幾個星期了。房間的浴室比房間的其他部分高出一步，而且不是最乾淨的。水裡有濃濃的漂白水味，我嫂嫂身上長了皮疹。早上我們是被隔壁的房間吵醒的。

look very old smell funny had water marks on the walls , the bed were so uncomfortable, room was so dark. needless to say we wont be stying there again, this hotel use to be so good for price but now apart of been expensive is no worth it. as well we pay $82 more when we arrive tjis was no mention on the booking for 0arking and resort fees what is insane but i guess we all make a mistake ones in our lives this was ours. We also pay for water park and they did no tell us that half of it was under construction which should of been mention and maybe give a discount given that is no all things available.

We got there shortly after 4pm and our room was not ready. When we did get to the room is smelt of cat pee. The one bed, the corner was broken, so if you sat on it, you slide right to the floor. In the bathroom it sounded like water was constantly running. During the night we were woken up numerous times by banging and thudding. I called to the front desk the first time it happened at 12:38am and the front desk guy called me sweetie and darling and kept saying there is nothing above us as we were on the 3rd floor. He just blew us off. And to top it off, the waterpark was closed!!

We stayed at the Skyline for my birthday. We chose this property because it was connected to the waterpark and wanted to take our 3yr old. It was also far more affordable than the other connected hotels. The site for the waterpark noted some areas closed from Sept. 23 on. We got an email 2 days before our stay reminding us to book the waterpark but when we called, it was closed for maintenance for the wknd. The hotel was only refundable until 2 days prior to that so we couldn't change it. The hotel itself is fairly dated. Didn't love the interior room, stains on the bed sheets, wallpaper peeling & carpet in the main hallways pulling up. But we were able to check in early, location was good & parking was close.

Convenient location, away from the busy streets but close enough to walk to Clifton Hill/ the falls. Room had a really bad thick smell almost like smoke or mold. Was woken up both days by housekeeping parking their carts outside our room talking to each other loudly. Parking in the hotel was as very hard to get in and out of, way too small of spots. Would probably recommend going across the street to the parking garage. The front desk staff were very polite.

The staff was incredibly nice to us. It’s a 1 minute walk from Clifton Hill. The only negative thing is that you can see on the room pictures that it’s a fully renovated room, trust me we are far from that. The carpet was dirty like crazy and the smell in the room was not really nice (like a moisture smell)

This is the second time we stayed. Both times were good. The first time we didn't make it to the waterpark because once my child saw Clifton hill that was it.This time we made it to the waterpark. Which was excellent. The only thing that could have been better if the waterpark had more family washrooms instead of one for 100s of families. The family change rooms are great. The walkway from the hotel to the waterpark AWESOME. ALSO it is great that even if you don't use the waterpark you can use the Crown Plaza hotel pool when you stay at the Skyline Hotel. We loved the 8pm movie night in Courtyard 2.

The chat assistance was great, very helpful and responsive. Noisy hotel though, I felt like we could hear a lot unless we had the AC unit running. The people above us and beside us were so loud late in the evenings and in the courtyard are (which should be closed at 10). Staff was nice and amazingly patient with the insane check in. I would likely never try checking in at 5 again, it took a long time on a Sunday. I can't imagine what Fri/Sat would be like. Kids loved the waterpark and we were able to add tickets after we already checked in. Didn't seem super clean and the beds were just ok. Location was pretty good, esp to park and walk where we wanted to go.
