Staff was really friendly. My frustration is that this hotel as well as other hotels we stayed in this summer was short staffed in the housekeeping department. During our 3 night stay nobody came into our room to restock personal items, pick up garage or restock towels. Even the garbage bags were laid in the garbage pails for us to set up ourselves. We put our dirty towels outside the room for pick up and still nobody came in with new ones. We chased down housekeeping for the items we needed. Prices should reflect the lack of services.

Presidential suite with jetted tub that had a hair or two left from previous guest and not even a single complementary water bottle in the suite. Two couches with weird smell and stains on them and a food fly I had to kill- kids and some adults, seemed like they were speaking loud right just in front of my door early morning. Didn’t really feel like a presidential suite at all

Overall the property and room was great. You can see some areas of concern in the room with the carpet bunched in multiple areas, the shower pressure was light and since it's a stall not overly big. We had a Falls view which was great for the nightly fireworks and was close enough to walk to.

Some safety concerns- there were groups of people randomly hanging around the back part of the property near the door. There were several security guards on constant duty, making me think the hotel also had some concerns and they even escorted my doordash driver into the hotel. Hotel seemed fine, staff was nice but the area left a little to be desired.

The pull our couch was terrible to sleep on. Bed did not have a duvet vent were all dirty no air circulation in living room bathroom toilet paper holder falling off wall ihop restaurant to expensive should offer free breakfast for price of room. Carrot gross. Size great for 6 people

The only thing i did not like was that that they did not have daily housekeeping of the room. I was not happy that no discount was offered to off set this. Other than that the hotel is is a great stay and location. Also do NOT eat in IHOP restaurants a total $$$ rip off.
