老石精品飯店(Old Stone Inn Boutique Hotel)

The Old Stone was decorated for Christmas with beautiful twinkling lights in and outside the inn. Check in was easy with friendly help. The property was clean smelling. Clean, beautiful room. Very quiet and relaxing. Restaurant and bar on site alo g with a gorgeous pool. I would highly recommend staying here! Looking forward to another stay in the near future! Well done!

The staff was great. They provided us with services we needed and went the extra mile. Only thing I would say is to have someone more welcoming when we check in. Wasn’t bad but felt a little underwhelming. We got to use the smart TV and log in to our streaming channels. Quiet. Big bed but mattress had a big groove in the middle. So not super comfy for me with my sciatica problem. My husband and I enjoy our stay there. This was the second time and we step by my recommend it. The restaurant is amazing. Little piece of country side in this busy town.

A lovely hotel (not overlooking the falls) within walking distance of lots of activities and restaurants. Also had a wonderful restaurant on site. Breakfast was great. Our particular room did not have a fridge (did have a fireplace though) for our many restaurant leftovers, however. Our bad for not noticing before booking however, not their fault.

The hotel is nice and conveniently located. The staff was helpful. We were disappointed that the pool was so cold it was not usable. Even after we mentioned it and was told others commented the same, it was not any warmer the next day. The hotel did compensate us our parking fees, but part of the reason we picked this hotel was the pool.

基於一些事情，不會再住在這裡。他們收取額外的停車費（為什麼不包括在更高的價格中），退房時需要支付管理費，浴缸的排水管不起作用，房間裡沒有空調，房間裡沒有電纜，推車因為你的行李在酒店的另一邊（愚蠢的），而酒店另一端的門在某個時間鎖上，所以你需要一路走才能回到酒店。老實說，這是一個可怕的事情經驗。

我之前去過尼加拉瀑布很多次，一直想住在這家飯店。它的位置很好，遠離擁堵，但又足夠近，可以步行到我們想看和做的任何地方。他們的早餐有點貴，但是很好吃。份量很充足，咖啡很棒（法式濾壓壺），服務也很棒。

Very disappointing stay this time around. I always stay here as my husband is a vet and doesn't do well with high rises. Our reservation was messed up, they said they upgraded our rooms because of this but it didn't seem to be upgraded at all, it was what I had booked and paid for. The pool was very, very cool, couldn't even swim in it. We had 2 dogs very close to our room that barked constantly, looked like owners were gone and had left the dogs in the room alone. I mentioned this to the front desk but it wasn't rectified for hours. Our washroom didn't flush properly. We've stayed here many times in the past but will not stay here again.

The room itself is very dingy and nothing has been updated. The bed was comfortable but the TV was small had very fuzzy picture and no mini fridge in the room. The carpet could use replacing, don’t trust to even step on it,and the ac system sounded like a freight train, the hall way doesn’t have any ac or maybe it’s not turned on. The lobby and restaurants attached were beautiful, fantastic food, and great service. The only thing old stone about this place is the lobby and restaurants. The actual rooms felt like a motel added on with no character like the restaurant and lobby. Wouldn’t stay here again, but definitely come back to the restaurant.
