The staff were extremely rude and ghetto. The place was very dirty and outdated. The bed i slept in was broken, the floors were dirty, the curtains hooks weren’t even hooked on correctly. The pool was very dirty with dirty towels and maybe two available clean towels. The market section was half empty and unattended. The view from my room was very nice though :)

The stay was ok. The hotel was nice but they put a family with 2 large dogs in the room act from us and they kept us up all day and night barking. I love dogs, I have 4 myself but when a hotel has 8 floors, one should be designated for animals. It makes a 12 hour drive difficult when you get little to no sleep.

Loved being on the Niagara River. The views are beautiful from the hotel rooms and restaurant. The hotel is convenient to the falls and other local attractions. The restaurant is over priced, they also didn’t have their breakfast menu all weekend long. It was a breakfast buffet, and not very good for almost $17 per person. Dinner is also very overpriced. $10 per day for parking plus tax seem steep considering it’s in a lot and not a parking garage. The pictures showing the bathroom with the soaking tub and separate shower is not accurate. That must be an upgraded room, and misleading from the website’s rooms pictures that shows this is the bathroom layout for all rooms, it’s not. Sort of disappointing. While we were there, a hockey team or two were also staying at the hotel. They took over the pool area, kids were screaming and running up and down the halls at all hours of the night, and they broke one of the two elevators. It was a nuisance and absolutely affected our overall stay. Not sure if we will be back…depends on if there is a hockey team booked as well.

Beautiful views, nice restaurant for breakfast didn’t try dinner. Love the chairs and fire pits . Room could use some updating, not dirty just dated but enjoyed our stay. We would stay again. Close drive to Niagara Falls. We arrived early and we asked if poss to check in early they were very accommodating

None of the plugs worked, shower was broken, pool advertised as heated-even my 12 year old daughter said it was too cold, light was broken looking like it got punched out. When we filed a claim with ******* to get our second night refunded (left because of the facility being falsely advertised) the front desk manager hung up on the ******* representative and was extremely rude. Absolutely would NOT recommend this hotel.

The rooms are smaller than average and in need of an upgrade, carpets were worn, furniture was showing alot of wear and tear. General dining service and food was below par. The price of $200.00 plus taxes plus daily parking fee of $10.80 is over priced for this hotel. I expected more from a Best Western Hotel.

For hosting weddings, the banquet hall could use some window washing! The carpet in the pool room is very stained. The bar closes at 9:00. There were many guests unsatisfied with this. We accidentally double booked a room and were refused a refund. It was booked the same day as the refund request. Also, its a very noisy hotel. Overall, very dissatisfied. Will not return.

The property was nice. Staff at front desk were nice. The bed was uncomfortable, something wasn’t set up with it correctly, felt like it moved every time you turn. The temperature controls in shower didn’t work properly. I had to crawl under the bedside table on the floor to plug the lamps in, but they did work.

Needed a handicap room. Call and spoke to a lady to make sure we knew what we were getting. Didn’t get it. We were with a 85 year old handicap which needed this room but when we went to desk were told there was none!!!!! We paid for it!!!!! Staff was not helpful.
