Quinton behind reception was very helpful and informative. The staff was very friendly I would definitely come again. There are also very good facilities for young people travelling up Australia which made myself and my friends feel very welcome

Excellent service from all staff at nomads! Shoutout Quinten on reception 10/10. Amazing bar staff, lovely atmosphere! I'm so glad i chose this hostel, the location is perfect and close to the beach. Cannot say enough about all of the helpful staff.

Great clean room, Place was amazing and staff were even better. Adriana and LT were the best taking us on a sunset walk. Great spot close to the greyhound beach and Cole’s. It has a great social vibe with the pool and volley ball courts. I would totally reccomend it!

Rooms are filthy and like a prison cell. No charging ports. If you’re young and want to party it’s perfect but if you don’t like going out not the place for you. Loud club every night so you can’t relax or sleep. Kitchen is filthy. I would never stay her again.

Stayed here for 3 nights and I definitely don’t recommend it to anybody who wants to have a chill time. The staff during the day time is fine, but in the evening the ‘fun’ starts. The personnel is rude and watches you like a prison guard. They even take pictures of your ID when you’re sitting in front of the room later in the evening just for a call, like is that even legal to do??? Chantal (some hostess) her favorite sentence is ‘shut the *** up when I’m talking’. When you respectfully ask her to explain her weird rules by law; she doesn’t have her facts straight and just runs to this silly sentence when she’s out of words. The bouncers at the door are such a laugh too. They should sign up for Border Security Australia’s Frontline. If you don’t like to be treated as a 12 year old, just pick another hostel in Noosa. There is plenty of good ones but Nomads is definitely not it.

Room was pretty average, we were sharing with 14 other people. No charging ports next to beds and noisy fans going all night. Over $100 each for one night which I think is rubbish value for money. An Airbnb would be cheaper. Went to the adjoining bar for a hostel organised event which was awful, the DJ was terrible and the place emptied out quickly whenever he played his next song.

Location was convenient to buses, walking , shops for groceries, eateries. Staff were extremely accommodating, friendly, housekeepng / and front desk were quick to help us out where we needed assistance. Thank you for this! It was a little lively outdoors socially until the early hours of the morning so earplugs were necessary for us light sleepers. Otherwise, the room was clean and bright and bed very comfortable. We had a very nice stay in the area for our first trip here. We enjoyed meeting lovely travellers both locally and from farther abroad .

If environmental health walked into the kitchen here it would be shut down on the spot. The kitchen is absolutely disgusting and is honestly like a dungeon. The fridges smell rotten and are definitely not well maintained with broken shelves. Theres flies everywhere. The dorms are cramped and run down with next to no air con making it cooler outside. Theres cockroaches in the rooms and lockers. Even if you’re travelling on a budget I honestly wouldn’t recommend staying here, try another hostel in the area. Avoid.

Was sat on the sofa with my 2 friends travelling it was my birthday so we were all out together I had my vape in my hand as I didn’t have a bag and the security came over and tried pulling me out so I left myself, leaving me on my own so my friends didn’t know where I was and left them inside worrying about me whilst I sat on the bench outside so upset as they made a big deal out of it in front of everyone queuing up to enter, the worst experience I’ve had somewhere was not delt with well and will not be going back!!!!!!
