The problem that I incounter was my reservation was for 12/26 - 1/2 instead of me checking in on time, i got to the hotel at 9pm with my two children and not able to check in until 4am of the 27th, because of the reservation problem at no time no one offer me a credit of anything and i had to check out a whole day early with no apologies really hurt me as a paying customer and a single father who had to sleep in his car with my children until we was able to check in. I am not happy and feel that i should receive some type of credit back to credit card.
