北查爾斯頓/阿什利法斯菲特萬豪萬楓飯店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Charleston North/Ashley Phosphate)

Our shower was dirty and broken but was fixed. Learned after staying there that housekeeping only come a few days a week ( not at all during the weekend) so we had o keep asking for clean towels and wash clothes. Parking is very slim. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The stay was satisfactory. The room was clean. The front desk lady was very nice. The breakfast selection was very limited. Overall we were satisfied and we’ll stay there again.

La silla de la habítacion estaba dañada y la puerta de entrada al hotel al momento en que llegue a mi check-in, estaba dañada .... El elevador super lento. Esto ha sido mi experiencia

This property was rated a four star hotel but it should've been rated a 1.5 star. The facility was outdated with questionable cleanliness. I was surprised that this was a Marriott property because the conditions were subpar. The parking lot was dimly lit and the area was sketchy. Several of the lights didn't workin our room and while we didn't see any roaches, I'm certain they were there and mice too. You could tell housekeeping tried to keep the room's linens clean but the other things are out of their control. The hotel needs to be overhauled.

This is an excellent property for both quality and value in every way. The only negative is the concern my wife had for the neighborhood and suspicious people arounnd.

I had to pour water in the back of the toilet for it to flush and it was dry blood on the comforter I think I should get some of my money back

Stay was great, only minor issue is that the A/C was too close to the bed near the window, and it blew cold air on the bed. But everything else was fine. Great breakfast.

We stay here often. The staff is always great & we’re always pleased with the rooms & breakfast.

Property doesnot provide SAFE Locker in the room, forced me to always carry the valuables with me in the car. When enquired, understand it's not available.
