I paid for three nights to catch up on work in a quiet place and enjoy the hot tub. I was abruptly woken up by construction noises in the room right above me at 8:15 on a Saturday morning. The construction noise continued through the entire weekend. I went to the hot tub at 9 at night where there were several unattended children. The jets for the hot tub weren’t working this stay or the least stay. Woken up by construction again on Sunday. Used headphones to drown out the noise. Tried to go to the hot tub later that night for it to be closed “Because the jets weren’t working” even though they hadn’t been working for at least a month.

Unfortunately didn’t know about the construction and our room was facing the busy street and adjusting to the noise of both was difficult. I know that’s not a staff issue. I was disappointed that we had no housekeeping after staying 3 nights. There was a card in the room that said we would have ‘refreshed’ room once a day and no one came and did that. That was a bummer. I will say the best part was the shuttle within 5 miles and everyone including the front desk were very friendly. I would stay again with better room accommodations and the bathrooms needs major updating.

It was a last minute decision to stay close to the airport because we had a flight out early the next day. Checked in around 4pm and just relaxed in the very clean pool and hot tub ! Had food delivered to our room from. Local market and enjoyed our restful stay in a very comfy bed ! They are retiring the breakfast area but it didn’t keep us from enjoying a hot breakfast buffet ! I’d definitely stay again.

SO disappointed that the great reviews for this motel are highly exaggerated! ONE night here should be fine, but know this: THEY DO NOT CLEAN YOUR ROOM UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN THERE FOR FIVE DAYS, per the front desk!! Would you knowingly rent a dirty room at check-in? No! Of course you wouldn’t! So why would you pay for a room for the next four days at the SAME PRICE when it’s obviously not going to be cleaned back to check-in condition each day?! We were only reserved for a two night stay, thankfully. I can only assume that if we were there longer we would have had to do our own towel laundry. It was bad enough having to stand in line at the check-in desk to ask for clean towels! Another thing is the pictures online of the motel’s amenities aren’t as the pics show. There are no individual “toiletries’ on the counters either, only lotion. The rest are locked up on the shower wall for all guests to share which I DO NOT appreciate! That’s gross, & I could have paid WAY less to stay in a newer motel that offers you cheaper rates if you are willing to share toiletries, & waive a hot breakfast, etc. The bed is as hard as a rock, which some may appreciate, but they aren’t for everyone, so fair warning. I will say the staff are very polite. It’s not their fault about what their employer’s policies are regarding guest accommodations. I would not stay here again, & I am definitely canceling an upcoming stay in another state! Go cheap on customers Holiday Inn, & you will go broke!

There was a bad chemical/musty odor in the rooms rest was average.

Ants in the sink when we arrived, and found throughout our two night stay. Very noisy. Large piece of plaster missing from wall behind bed. Not the worst in the world by any stretch, and mostly a comfortable stay, but be prepared for a little more neglect than most of this chain, in my experience.

Breakfast was great! Lobby looked very nice. Rooms were nice. I like the Dove soap & lotion provided in the bathroom. But we specifically booked this hotel for indoor pool so our son could swim in the winter. The pool was too cold to swim so our son was very disappointed ☹️ The hot tub was warm but not hot & we could see “stuff floating in it” so it was not clean. Brewery next door (Rusty Bull) was very good.

We arrived at 11 pm and had to wait one hour to get our rooms. The hotel was half empty and they couldn’t figure out with rooms were empty or and not in restauración. We had two rooms and the restauración noise began early in the morning. 10:00 am sharp the breakfast service closed the doors without even advice customers few minutes before. We stayed two days and the second day nobody change towels neither made the beds.
