Maintenance available for bathroom.Furniture (chais, couches, and beds too old for comfort, stained and dirty.
Limited food availability. Overall Hilton tecnology inaccessible and specific location down for entire visit and convention site
Property is a 2 star at bestinternet unavailable.

The property was ok. The daily rate was too much for the value. The property is conveniently located by the airport, restaurants, and shopping but I wasn't a fan of the checkin process. It took over an hour to checkin because so many people had to check in the same time. There needs to be a plan for a surge. Overall, it was an ok experience.

Waited a hour in line for the front desk to be told they had no clean rooms to give and that I could wait an indeterminant amount of time for a room. I was told people before me had already been waiting a hour and a half and still didn’t have a room. You couldn’t tell me that at the front door as I walk in? Poor service and a waste of our time. 0 stars across the board.

As we arrived there were only 2 employees checking in and a line of at least 30 people waiting. It took an hour to just check in.

Our experience was very good. The shuttle driver that came to pick us up from the airport was very polite, and he came to get us fairly quick. Both front desk assistants(check in and out) were kind and took care of our needs. The property was clean and quiet. The room was very spacious and meet our needs. We would stay again as well as recommend our family and friends.

The hotel is very well kept up and we really enjoyed the evening reception and breakfast. There were so many places my family could hang out in and play games and socialize. The staff was super friendly and the nice suites were so nice.

Customer service was great, loved the free buffet breakfast and the cocktail reception in the evening. The only negative was that we booked this hotel for the hot tub and didn’t realize the hot tub closes after July.
