We tried to check in early and were told to come back in an hour. We did and as soon as we walked in the front desk person walked away. Another couple came in right behind us. When the front desk man came back he asked us what we were there for, my husband gave his name to check in. He very rudely went through his spiel of check in is at 3:00, we try to get you in sooner if we can but rooms are not ready. Ok, we will have a seat and wait. We were there at 2:42, check in at 3:00. We waited about 10 minutes and then he checked in the other couple first, and then us. (Rude). The room was 80 degrees, the heater/ air conditioner was unplugged, the Wi-Fi would not work, and the guide on the TV did not work. We tried to call front desk for assistance. The phone in the room was not plugged in, and when we did plug it in, it didn’t work. Overall we will not be staying there again, it was run down and we were treated unkindly for no reason. It was a waste of $184.00.
