Everything was great! Great staff, great breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable beds, close proximity to everything! The only complaint would be there needs to be more lighting in the bathroom.

Had a great stay, staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable. The kids had the best time in the water park.

Had a great time, we enjoyed our time in the water park and the hot tub. Our room was very spacious. Nice hot breakfast options. Loved the personal text we received later that night,after getting checked in, making sure everything was ok.

The entire staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and always being replenished by friendly staff. The water park was clean and well organized.

We enjoyed our stay, but our room was not very clean. Carpet didn’t look well vaccumed, hair in the shower that was not ours, and the tables/bureaus were dirty with crumbs.

Great stay. Breakfast for the family was perfect. Plenty of food. Hotel was clean and great location for walking to shopping if needed. The only thing we did not realize was the pool for swimming is small, and you cannot swim when the water slides are going. You also have to sign up for the water slides

We picked the hotel because of the amenities for the kids, pool and slides. However, the facilities are in poor condition. Ventilation is limited and strong vapor from pool chemicals irritated eyes and throat. A family movie was played in the dining room each evening.
Staff were very nice at the desk, breakfast and pool attendant. Hotel room cleanliness could be improved. Interior finishes need updating for the price we paid/night.
