Réservation pour chambre avec vue sur la montagne: on m’a proposé chambre d’handicapé avec vue sur la piscine. Le préposé à l’accueil a été très serviable mais la gérante/propriétaire avait une attitude condescendante.

Enjoyed our stay here! We had the room booked for the weekend, it did snow and the property was very quick to plow and make sure was drivable. Everything is in a few minutes of driving and the rooms were clean and staff was great. Would definitely go again.

Look, you get what you pay for. My room was clean and had everything I needed, plus a nice big flat screen with DirecTV. Staff was very helpful and friendly... Anything negative I could say is just due to the price range, so if you're on a tight budget the Colonial should do the trick.

Office called to check with me about arrival time and was super nice.
Clean and quiet.
Also called office second night regarding a rude disrespect person or persons in next room smoking dope and they took care of it right away.

Enjoyed a nice, relaxing stay at the Colonial Motel for Christmas weekend - clean, quiet, great location, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. This was my second visit to this establishment and I can’t wait to be back!

I have stayed at the Colonial Motel several times and it is a great little motel that is very clean and very reasonably priced. It is within walking distance of downtown N. Conway as well. Eban, the guy who does everything, is the best! He works very hard to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable! I will be staying there again and so should you!
