Hotel super limpo, atendimento do front desk perfeito, amigáveis e educados. Apesar de ser um hotel para famílias, com crianças, não era barulhento.

We've stayed at Home 2 Suites in a few different locations and they never disappoint. Super clean and very spacious. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Although we don't have children ourselves, seems like a very family friendly location. And the location was great and very close to many popular North Conway attractions

The hotel itself is very nice, but the walls are paper thin. It was very loud the weekend we stayed. Children were running up and down the hallways and back and forth in the room above us. The manager was very accommodating and apologized for the noise. This was more of a negligent parent problem than a hotel issue.

Previous stays had Mountain View and free charging for my Tesla. Despite my protest, a repeat customer stuck with a view of the parking lot, and EV charging station had been out of commission for 2 weeks. Very disappointed

Hotel is walking distance to restaurants and drug stores. I was only disappointed that there wasn't a Hot Tub and that breakfast ended at 9:am on weekdays.

The hotel is great! Super clean and the staff was super nice ! Breakfast is good however the line for the waffle was a 45 min wait . They should definitely add 2-3 waffle maker to the breakfast area then I would give 10 out of 10 !
But overall I would def stay in this hotel again!
