The price matches with the location. However, there was a n used tower leave in the room. The the key card system was down for a long time.

住了一晚，工作人員很棒！路易絲在辦理入住和晚餐服務時非常樂於助人。房間非常乾淨整潔，無法挑選任何毛病（尤其是價格），食物很棒！我在廚師的建議下吃了魚和薯條當晚餐，而且做得非常完美！早餐也很棒，同一位廚師正在工作，為我做了荷包蛋，味道恰到好處！很樂意再次住在這裡

飯店房間漂亮又乾淨，停車是免費的，這是一個很大的好處！前往中心的交通十分便捷，工作人員超級友善。早餐真的很美味，早餐廚師阿什利（Ashley）很可愛，我是素食主義者，她按訂單新鮮烹製所有純素食品，非常美味！肯定會再留在這裡。

Reception is inviting and poorly laid out There is a lack of staff presence throughout our stay leading to long wait times for everything Check in is so late (3pm) and they want £10 early check in even if it’s 2pm n ur room is ready n waiting meaning a made rush to get ready to go out Room was spacious but staining on pillows and bathroom fan weak so paint peeling away Shower water was lovely and hot though and the breakfast was tasty and parking right below the hotel makes life so much easier

Stayed here to visit my son at university. This is a great location, pleasant 20/25 minute walk down one road straight into the city centre. There is also a bus but we enjoyed the walk. There is also a secure car park which is included in the price so no hidden extras for car parking costs. Hotel room basic but comfortable. Price was great. Definitely stay again.

Having stayed in various other premier inns around the country, I must say that Premier inn Botley is truly outstanding! The room was immaculate! The food was delicious! Above all the team were amazing. They always had time to stop and chat, and genuinely made me feel like I was staying in a higher star hotel. A couple of team members I'd like to mention are Paula and Kate, they are true assets to Premier inn. They always went above and beyond during my stay. Thank you Botley for an amazing stay. Other premier inns could learn a lot from your team!

Basically everything was good. With plenty of parking space, the room size is big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Staffs are friendly . However the cleaningness need more improvement. Some smells in the toilet. The room carpet has some dirt on it. And can feel many dust inside the room.

Nice hotel ,car park was easy access,staff was friendly and very helpful ,food was cooked ,would stay in this hotel again, didn't use the public transport as had own vehicle ,it is approx 1.5 miles from the centre
