Decent hotel, but night service staff was terrible. We called the hotel on our way knowing we were going to be checking in late (1:00am) with three children, one being an infant needing a crib. Upon getting to the room, there was no crib. I called the front desk and they told me that no housekeeping personnel was present and wouldn’t be until 8:00am. The employee told me they would not be able to fulfill my request even though we had called many hours before to request it. The next day we woke up and got ready and phoned down again, asking for the crib. They advised they would bring one up while we went out on our adventures for the day. We did not return until 11:00pm and once again. There was no crib. Upon calling down again, it was the same story. No one was there to bring us a crib. Their excuse was they got busy and couldn’t complete the request. Our infant spent the first two nights on a makeshift bed on the floor. The third day we finally received a crib it was dirty, did not provide crib sheets. Our friends also traveled with us, there air conditioning was not working and their room was incredibly hot. This was also never fixed and they said the hotel was booked to capacity and there was anything they could do. In our downtime they had to hang out in our room since their room was unbearable to be in during the day. This is not a below average hotel and we paid over $200 a night for this hotel in a nice area, but our stay was really poor due to these issues.

Thought room was larger for name, pics and cost. Joke of a room. Patio doors broken , almost impossible to open without brute force , tiny mini fridge, bathroom doors don’t lock, sweat shop sleeping in king room with doors closed and ac on 66. Foyer ac was going but bedroom ac feeds bathroom and doesn’t cool bedroom with door closed. I thought I read two bathrooms but it’s one with dual entry. Was a zoo with too many people, some dude got on elevator with a dog and cigarette in mouth escorted by hotel staff. Hotel staff complained about how dirty floors were and was right. All but one valet guy were useless. Valet folks not there or had no what to do. I had to explain a to him that I just wanted my already valet car remarked post concert. Started to right me a ticket so I stopped him and show my ticket agin stating I just need you to park the car. Handed him a $20 tip. Asked if he could do that. The valet text service is sweet and took minutes to get. That was perfect. It’s an old Hilton with some nice finishes. Maybe just over in by abnormal. Road for the night. Would get that room again tho.

When checking out, nobody asked about our stay. Couldn’t change temperature in the time and it was freezing cold! No water pressure in the shower. And there was sun and moon glitter stuck in the carpet in multiple places, plus straw papers wadded up on the floor.

Loved my stay. Loved the room. Loved the location. Do NOT utilize ******* or other 3rd parties if your room needs are very particular. ******* changed my room selection without my consent or notice and the Hotel was completely booked so I had no other options to pivot too. They could see that the change has been made by ******* but never said anything at checkin. It wasnt until I got to my room and saw it only had one bed vs two. Hilton offered ZERO solutions or apology for my predicament. No discount for the inconvenience or anything! It was just an excuse me, I need to check other people in.

This hotel was perfect!! Loved the room styles and layout. The beds were so comfortable. Conveniently located on the plaza for shopping and dining. Nice amenities and lobby bar and lounge area. Friendly staff. The only negative was the expensive parking fee in the hotel parking garage.

Pros: - Interchangeable TV ( You can watch tv on the bed or couch) - Comfy Bed - Mini Fridge/Coffee Maker - Beautiful Plaza View - Safe parking within the facility - Polite and Professional Staff - Nice environment - Early check in and late check out - Heated Pool Cons: - Fee for parking - Not enough conditioner in shower Overall we had a great stay and we will be back!
