The whole place is so clean, especially the bathroom. Also, the location is convenient with free parking spot.

Terrible, rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately I stuffed up the date of my booking and arrived a day early, in the dark after an eight hour drive . Owner could not have been more unhelpful or rude if she tried. No compassion whatsoever. Can’t comment on the place because I never stayed however it looked like a very strange set up with lots of rules and warnings printed out posted around the place. Don’t go here if you are expecting any sort of hospitality. Will not take calls - insists on text only.

I don’t know where to begin .. This has to be the worst experience in my life .. And I really hope booking places can take action against such scam , This experiment scarred me for life.. felt like wearing mask again It smells like old wet mouldy Carpet.. Pls don’t fall for reviews of their own people / friends .. I’m actually surprised this place in Australia, and no one has taken action to shut it down for good.. Pls go and smell and check property before booking ..

I didn't have a chance to stay at the Guest house. I was notified that there was an issue with the booking. And I was redirected to a different hotel. When I checked in i couldn't believe my own eyes. The place was a very poor quality. Shared bathroom, no locks on the bathroom door. Dirty and smelly. The most disappointing hotel stay experience in my life.

Lovely clean quiet room and comfortable bed. The common areas is tidy and clean. Everything was good.

The place was water-logged and the room was wet and smelt musty. I cancelled with the owner and have requested a refund from Wotif but you haven't even got the decency to acknowledge my email.

The hotel location is inconvenient, far from metro station, restaurants and stores. Room was small, very stinky, so it was hard to breathe. This place is disgusting, filthy. Room was very basic. The mattress is very old and smell. Room Overpriced. The kitchen cabinets were EXTREMELY old and rusted. They supplied coffee, tea, sugar, milk and cookies but it was the cheapest coffee that exists. Strongly advise not to use it. Very Unfriendly host. This place should be closed or completely renovated. I don't suggest to stay at this place even one night. Dreadful. You can definitely find much better rooms for this price.

On arrival there were people smoking out the front which was very annoying and smelly. Maybe the smoking area could be else were away from main Entrance.
