The AC in our room did not work. It wasn’t until we woke up warm at 2 am before we realized it. Upon check out, the front desk staff said that we should have called down to get our room switched. At 2am? They then said because we booked through ******* there was nothing they could do for us. I then decided to just get a coffee from the lobby Starbucks. They said they were short staffed because people had called off, which is fine I understand that but after 10 minutes, still no one was taking orders. This hotel was $250 per night. For a non major city that is expensive to not have impeccable services.
