豪華飯店(Luxury Inn)

Me and my significant other have come here often for many years. This is our go to place that's comfortable, affordable and close to home. We usually don't have any complaints or issues during our frequent stays here but this most recent stay was a surprising disapointment in terms of the room we were given. The fridge in our room didnt work so all of the food we purchased either melted or went bad. There was no ice bucket in our room as well so all our drinks were warm. And during the night while laying in bed we seen a roach crawling on the headboard of our bed. And there were a few others crawling on the bathroom floor.

Stayed here last minute on a road trip when we got too tired to keep driving. Would have given 5 stars for the price we paid for the night (for the area we were in) because I felt it was clean, but we didn’t have towels in our room for the shower and we didn’t notice till the front desk was closed for the night (past 11pm). Make sure to get what you need before 11pm. Easy enough check-in process, convenient to freeway, grocery, gas and other amenities. Would stay again under the same circumstances.

Nice room and is one of the really nice one's I stayed in, but the only thing I didn't like was big mirrors. Sorry but I'm not a fan of really big mirrors especially when it's bed board, That's just me and maybe other people love big mirrors and can benefit using it as a couple, if you know what I mean......LOL Thanks, Luxury Inn.

It's a decent place to spend the night, room was clean had enough towels and shampoo for one person one day.. the room had a bit of odor but lucky for me I had fabrezee which took care of it. Ino light over the sink so kind of difficult to take care of the nightly routine without a light. Over all it's ok...

There were large spider webs (12" to 15") at many places in the room, so easily visible and should have been cleaned in a room for which they are charging $150 a night! Many other parts were also unclean.

Decent stay and close to Knotts Berry Farm. Stayed 2 nights and lady didn't want to give us a fresh set of towels. Granted, it was late, but said the best she could do was a fresh set in the morning. That didn't happen either.

The overall experience was very disappointing. Travel way from Nevada here and could not afford to book another room so was stuck with this room. The room was not like the pictures. The jacuzzi tub was filthy with spiders and bugs. Spider webs and spiders were literally in ever corner on the tub and toilet. I had to call attendant down to clear my he jacuzzi tub and she did a poor job. I woke up with bites every where on my body. Although the living conditions were very bad and infested with bugs their customers service was very good they were very nice.. but I would not recommend here

The comments about roaches are unfortunately true. Be careful when placing anything on ANY of the night stands or the entertainment center. I strongly suggest you leave all bags in the car to not get any unwanted travelers in your belonging. The walls desperately need to be painted. Pillows and blankets need to be replaced. There are a lot of holes in the wall from removed fixtures; it looks like they were too lazy to patch them up. This was empirically the most unclean, unkept, and unsafe place I have ever stayed at.
