atendimento muito ruim, servico de quarto, tentei tomar agua por varias vezes a apos meia noite e ninguem atende no servico de quarto 24 horas, ficamos 3 horas esperando agua. Nao tem ifood de noite que entrega pois esta afastado do centro, nao da pra pegar na recepcao agua e o frigobar nao foi reposto.
Alem disso foi pago quarto cama QUEEN e colocaram em quarto com cama de solteiro JUNTADAS. Detalhe que foi pago 500 a mais para ser um quarto cama queen.

Agradável, mas poderiam melhor o cafe da manhã para atender pessoas com restrição a gluten e caseina.
Aa comidas sem estes ingrediantes poderiam ficar num local separado das demais p não contaminar. E os funciinarios poderiam ter conhecimento da importância de atender as necessidades destas clientes.

Gostamos muito do excelente atendimento e todo conforto que o hotel oferece além de um maravilhoso café da manhã.
As piscinas com água termal são uma ótima opção para quem quer relaxar e curtir um bom descanso na cidade maravilhosa de Gramado.
Para quem ama praticar exercícios também contam com uma academia completa e super convidativa!
