Hotel is in a perfect location. There is a shop open 24 hours for snacks and the bar is open until 2 AM.

Modern style, beautiful hotel

The property is very poorly maintained. The blinds are very loud and touch waking us up in the night when other people would open or close the blinds. The pool was out of order which made for two very disappointed children. For the premium price, the facility did not live up to my expectations. The only bonus is its proximity to departures.

Clean and modern. Considering how modern the facility was, surprised how slow and unwieldy check in was. Staff was great but would have expected something more automated. That said... slept like a baby in a very quiet and comfortable room and bed after a quick and tasty dinner at Sosta. Perfect for a overnight stopover between flights.

Within walking distance to airport and easy to access from parking or car rental area. Room was good size but laid out poorly. Hidden area behind bed that held a coffee pot and ice bucket. Bed very comfortable but some things need repair in the room. Window blinds not working, entry door sticking, very hard to open from inside. Had an early flight in the morning so only reason to stay and pay high price. Other than that would not stay here again.

There were no hooks in the bathroom for hanging wet towels. Hooks in the bathroom would be ideal. The pillows had zero support, your head was still touching the bed. Providing extra regular pillows in the room would be great. We paid for parking even though the gate was up majority of the time, allowing anyone not staying at the hotel to park for free, while hotel guests paid. Free bottled water in the room was perfect, thank you! The daily refresh of our room, bed being made, garage being taking out, was fantastic!
