The Property is overated on line the cost to hire the room is $470 pn the value is not even worth half that Nothing positive to say about the room overly tight bathroom, kept knocking my hip Anyway dissapointed i feel very ripped off

Location was good. Disliked unpleasant sewerage-type smell in bathroom and noisy ceiling fan which couldn’t be turned off and went all night.

We had a lovely stay here. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed and nice bathroom. The property is on the main street so very convenient to everything but not noisy at all. A highlight was the continental breakfast, a really nice touch with everything we could have wanted.

Great little place, clean, plenty of room, great continental breakfast. Berry is a beautiful town.

We had a lovely stay at the motel for a night staff were friendly and motel was clean and big rooms. I would recommend anyone to stay as it was quiet and didn’t hear any noise.

Overpriced, the room was outdated and outside sitting area was overgrown with ****s and general appearance of the motel was dirty, The room was clean but would not pay the price we did to stay there again.

Excellent property. Staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast has a great range and variety

The breakfast was delicious. Our room was right next to the pool and running water was noisy as would the pool be in the summer so would ask for different room. Otherwise it was all lovely
