Southampton is a city in England. It's by the sea and has a busy port. People visit its historic sites like the Tudor House and SeaCity Museum. The city has parks, shopping, and cultural events. Southampton is known for its maritime history and diverse attractions, making it a vibrant place to explore. The hotel is about 10 mins drive from the city centre and it offers free parking. Nice Xmas jumpers of staffs 😊

It's 2023 and the rooms are not air conditioned. Need I say more? Avoid and go elsewhere. There is nothing that makes this a good place to stay. Staff were fine.

The room was well appointed and comfortable. Decor is basic but looked like it was renovated recently. Being able to have meals onsite is helpful as it there's not a lot to choose from nearby. Good position for the cruise and bus terminals. Staff were helpful.

One good thing is there's free parking. But the sound insulation of the room was not good enough , you can hear some outside sounds at night.

I stayed here for work purposes and it was perfect for all I needed. Will be staying here again. Great to have breakfast included and free parking too.

Check in was fine and all good, however the room was not clean, the floor had mess all over it, there was water left by the sink! The toilet kept randomly flushing and the shower kept randomly dripping at various times!
The bed was made nice but because the floor was so messy, and untidy; it was a very unpleasant experience all round. The room smells and the hotel needs a complete overhaul of its standards

Yes I would definitely use the hotel again. Everything very clean, bed was just how we like it. Water pressure in the shower was adequate. Breakfast (inc in price) was good, fresh and plenty of choice.
