Excellent value! Facilities, service (looking at you, Kretia!), gym, and room were all better than expected for a typical 2 star hotel experience with the family. Breakfast was typical. Really great find.

When we checked in our first room smelt like dirty socks. Our second room was a lot nicer, but one of the beds that we slept in had a spring that stuck in my side most the night. We did not have time to use any of the facilities. The server for breakfast in the morning was amazing. She probably was the best part of the whole experience. The food is just a regular boring continental breakfast.

Great location, clean updated hotel. Great restaurants close by. Definitely stay there again!

The beds were amazing and everything was so nice and clean. We loved it. Room was very spacious.

This is my second time choosing this hotel over a 3-week period. One of my highlights this time was being greeted by a friendly & personable front desk staff member. I didn't get her name, but she was an African American female. Being properly welcomed makes a difference especially at the end a road trip.

The room was very nice and comfortable the front desk was very pleasant. The only complaint would be that the pool was to cold to swim

The Beat property to stay at in Fairview Heights and the Staff at the Front Desk and specifically the morning staff is the best I’ve ever had and I travel the country

Very clean and the breakfast was good. Also, recommend eating at Peel Brewery.

It is close to my family, not far from airport and downtown St Louis & amenities nearby.
