The room was dirty - the high-touch surfaces that are promised to be clean (alarm clocks, phones, ice bucket) were caked with grime and dust. Heavy scratching of paint was around the entire bed wall. There were no tissues in the room. When I called down to the front desk, I was told they no longer supply that. Really? Trying to save money by no tissues? Michael was at a loss of how to help for 25 minutes to check us in to the room. He was not supportive of a coworker who diligently tried to figure it out. After 25 minutes I suggested he call tech help. Turns out his boss, Steven, was there all along. Steven came to the front and checked us in within moments.
