羅德威套房飯店(Rodeway Inn & Suites)

This is the WORST hotel to stay at!!! Do not recommend whatsoever! No clean towels, blood on the bed sheets & blanket, water pouring front the ceiling in pool area, pool dirty, no breakfast or snacks.... the list goes on! HORRIBLE!

It is a great quite hotel. The staff is amazing. I love my room it’s very comfortable and the fact they have a pool is great and the location is around everything I really love it

The room was dirty - the high-touch surfaces that are promised to be clean (alarm clocks, phones, ice bucket) were caked with grime and dust. Heavy scratching of paint was around the entire bed wall. There were no tissues in the room. When I called down to the front desk, I was told they no longer supply that. Really? Trying to save money by no tissues? Michael was at a loss of how to help for 25 minutes to check us in to the room. He was not supportive of a coworker who diligently tried to figure it out. After 25 minutes I suggested he call tech help. Turns out his boss, Steven, was there all along. Steven came to the front and checked us in within moments.

This stay was horrible they have new management and no staff at all my room was never cleaned they whole week I was there never got any clean towels and the staff hardly understood me or anything I would say or as I was also told it's not their fault I had no service and no breakfast was included at all NOTHING

We arrived at 10:30pm after driving 12 hours and the person working at the desk was sleeping in the office. I had to peek around the corner to wake her up for us to check in. The towels had holes in them. The pillows were somehow oddly square. The paint was peeling on the walls and ceiling. I redeemed a reward night for this because it was a halfway point on a 24 hour trip across the country but I still feel like I was kind of ripped off after only paying the $9.44 in taxes, etc. Definitely has to be better options in the area.

Beds were super comfortable, check-in was easy. Did not use the pool or try the breakfast at all. Room could have been deep-cleaned a bit more (dust built up in AC vent and in folds of the bed skirt) and they could use some new sheets (ours had tears/rips from being stretched too much). Would definitely stay here again though if ever in the area!

I reserved a room for a solo staycation only to find out there is a $250 cash deposit that I wasn’t aware of at the time of booking. Also the room I reserved wasn’t even available. The front desk agent was the only great thing about my visit because she was very professional and helpful. 9/10/2023

I was disappointed that when I paid for this room on this website at a rate of $117 plus tax, i got to the hotel and it was $83. So this website charges a convince fee on top of the normal hotel room rate. Buyers be ware. The hotel it self had been remodeled but it was mainly remodeled with paint. The paint in the bathroom was pealing off and falling in the bathroom tub. The tub was old and needed to be replaced. The pool was green is color and looked gross. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel does not have air conditioning in the hallways or in the elevator. During a heatwave this made using the common areas uncomfortable. The bed mattress was not very comfortable and the pillows were old. The pillows were not comfortable. Over all the place is clean and cheap.

It was non-existent because of a 250 deposit we were not informed of during the booking process. I demand my money back. There is no reason NOT to inform a customer of such a fee before they book.
