Disappointed to have to give a negative review, but would really like to avoid other guests booking and not getting what they paid for. Avoid room 2 and I would advise to check first if booked in another room. Paid a premium for king room with tub, could not fill it as the water temperature was so weak and water only mildly warm. So disappointed after 5 mile hike had wanted a bath. Additionally lights above the bed broken, my husband managed to fix one. Light hanging off it’s fixing in shower. Shower handle so loose could not turn off without getting sprayed with cold water. Carpet threadbare and horribly dirty. I informed reception/Latino lady / she just tried to brush me off until I showed her the photos. Such a shame as breakfast room was lovely, nice glass of wine complimentary in the evening. C’mon though, don’t sell luxury and a tub if that’s no longer on offer.
