I never thought I would have to write a review like this in my life but here I am. I guess, in order to get everything, chronologically is best.
Upon check-in, the lady was anything but friendly. She pointed to the signs that say there's a $200 fee for smoking, unauthorized guests, or pets - this has a purpose.
When I got my room, the bathroom window was open, so I went to close it and looked out quickly to see ladies panties, baby oil, and feminine hygiene products outside the window - is this establishment hourly? When I did close the window, I noticed the massive pile of ash on the window sill that was clearly not cleaned - who would have known about smoking when the smoke detector was most obviously not operating, as the battery compartment was open and empty. I continue to look at the bed, which has a comforter with dozens of burn holes in it and sheets that were anything but clean. Because of this, we went to the front desk to ask for new sheets and the response was "You're lucky you're not on the second or third floor." Apparently stairs are not in the cards for the front desk.
So, time for a shower... but no towels, no soap, no shower head - AMAZING pressure, though. I do hope you enjoy the towels we left for you, maybe another guest can be so lucky to be able to shower.
