多倫多奧克維爾萬豪萬楓飯店(Fairfield Inn Toronto Oakville)

For a marriott I was rather disappointed with this hotel. The rooms are in need of serious renovation. There was no microwave and the heater kept making a weird beeping noise everytime it would stop. The staff at the hotel was friendly and check in was smooth and efficient. The gym was really small and so was the pool.

Great experience, breakfast was included. Would visit again

I did not reserve a hotel room but put in my card info to “hold” a room because we were in a desperate situation, their cancellation policy said it was free by Oct 27 but I asked for the room to be held on the 28th with their policy saying we can pay at the time of check in. We ended up not needing them so did not check in and yet my bank account was charged for $420 for a room we never used and the rental was for $379 for 2 nights. Now they are refusing to refund that money. Both this hotel and ******* are very inconsiderate and unprofessional in this regard. A file with the Better Business Bureau and with all social media platforms will be made

It is ok Inn. The bed was not comfortable. The sofa bed is twin so it was not comfortable for my kids. I advice you to choose two queen beds room instead of gueen wirh sofe bed room if you are froup of 4. I talked to management to change the room but they refused to do so. I was disappointed because I was staying there dor 10 days

We asked for late checkout the night prior, which they granted, until they called our room twice at 8am telling us they could not longer honour such. Their customer service is really bad, but at least it’s clean there.
