波德瓦克凱藝飯店(Quality Inn Boardwalk)

When we arrived to check in we ended up having to wait about an hour, after about a 6-7 hour drive in from out of town with our 9 month old, for the front desk person to arrive just past 1:30am. The check in process from there was a bit frustrating and not the best experience, but once we were checked in we had a great time. Our room was clean and overlooked the ocean. We enjoyed the restaurants on site and we were able to walk the boardwalk to the music festival we were there for. When I spoke with the manager reagarding our intitial experience upon arrival she kindly extended a $50 credit toward the overall cost of our stay which I appreciated.

The hotel itself is in serious need of an update. The only update apparently was made to The Coastal Salt Restaurant and Bar. We entered our room and the initial appearance was dirty. The previous guest's toenails and lint balls were still on the carpet. The carpet was frayed and installation was unfinished. The wallpaper was peeling in several areas. Hair all over the bathroom. The ceiling in our bathroom leaked water thru the drop ceiling. There was mold/mildrew on the window valence and a gap in the window which let in rain and howling wind. The saving grace was the location to the boardwalk.

I have been going to this hotel for the last few years and it just keeps getting worse. The indoor pool area is filthy, the rooms need updated, black out curtains torn and molding around balcony doors and windows was black and rotted. They only have 1 elevator working out of 2 since last year! People come right off the beach and use the outdoor pools and leave and parking is absolutely horrible. I will not return here again and they need to reimburse people for the inconvenience of having to wait for the elevators so long, especially when your on the 8th floor and can't do the stairs!

Everyone was very friendly. We were given the accommodations that we requested. That place was very clean. We will visit again.

Off season stay great value for this hotel! Staff not very friendly or welcoming but efficient at check in. Clean and comfortable spacious room!

Room was very clean and well stocked. Maids came every day to give clean towels. A little bit of a hike to the end of the boardwalk but the weather was nice so very doable.

The Ocean view was Amazing! Breakfast on the balcony listening to the waves was the most relaxing experience I’ve had in a long time!

Ocean view was awesome. Walking distance to Oceans calling venue was perfect. Food around was great. Tiki bar was fun too!

The hotel was ok...it had a musty smell. The rooms are clean.Bed are comfy The rooms could use some updating and bigger towels.
